Surf Therapy

Both in the individual lessons that we teach and in the Surfcamps that we organize, we follow a teaching line based on the level with which we find the student at the time of reception. This is how we usually distinguish between:

- Those who have just started: if you are among this type of participants, you will have to start by establishing some concepts. We know that you will be wanting to jump into the water but don't worry because they are very simple and we are sure that you will find them very interesting. Above all we will worry about the qualities and uses of the boards and wetsuits. We will also do a short dive into the typology of waves and currents after which we will move on to how we will be able to move on the sea surface.

- Those who already surf: we will teach you how to "surf the wall" if we determine that you are ready. If not, we can do a quick review of what you already knew and work on it.

- The experts: for them we have planned the recording with subsequent video correction so that whoever occupies the table can easily identify their shortcomings.
