Aeronáutico 2000

Come to Odena, very close to Igualada, to make your first flight or become an ultralight pilot with a formalized ULM title. Aeronáutica 2000 have many years of experience conducting courses, both for beginners and for people who have tried and decided to continue with training. Baptisms, as they are called, are the first to get to know this world and experience new sensations that you have never imagined.

The training offer to become a pilot for aircraft weighing less than 450kg is made up of theoretical and practical classes in the first part you will receive the essential concepts in the subjects of maneuvers, techniques, regulations, and even meteorology. In the second part, you will take daily tests based on your abilities.

Theoretical classes will be held in a classroom every Friday (except holidays) from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Once you have passed this phase, and taking a prior exam before an examining official, you will move on to the practical part. You will learn to pilot a third-generation ultralight. You will have to receive, at least, 15 hours of flight time. Of them, 3 hours you will do alone. It will be an experience that will allow you, later, to venture to fly over the skies of your choice. To fly, you need to know how to take off and land. Therefore, you will not finish the course without first having completed at least 20.

Another part of this course is a cross-country flight for around 60 minutes. When you finish it, you will have complete security!

To take the course it is necessary to present:

• Photocopy of the DNI
• Authorization of a father, mother or guardian (if you are a minor).
• Ultralight Pilot Aeronautical Medical Certificate. (Class 2 or LAPL)

*You can start the course if you are 16 years old, but the card will be issued when you turn 18.
*The practical exams will be carried out with the airplanes.
