Apnea Academy West Europe is a company dedicated to active tourism, especially when it comes to marine activities.

We are the fifth world headquarters of the renowned school of the famous athlete and freediver Umberto Pelizzari.

As lovers of the sea, we bring people of all ages and conditions closer to the aquatic environment, for their enjoyment.

We are in Tenerife, specifically in La Caleta de Adeje. Here we can enjoy a constant climate throughout the year of the so-called "eternal spring".

• Apnea : from initiation workshops to assistant instructor course at the Apnea Academy International school.

Apnea Academy West Europe offers complete training both in diving and in the discipline of apnea.

Apnea consists of training the body in order to last as long as possible underwater in a natural way and without feeling pressure or overwhelm. In addition, thanks to this practice you will be able to make your scuba dives deeper and in a more relaxed way. With us you can learn this discipline from Umberto Pelizzari, freediving world champion.

At Apnea Academy West Europe we have 6 freediving courses in which we will progressively develop this discipline. You will learn to know your body better and to control it perfectly until you manage to stay underwater, in total tranquility, for minutes.

As for diving we offer you the possibility of doing your baptism with us. At Apnea Academy West Europe we organize the best boat trips that you will all want to attend.

The first thing we suggest is that you come with us to swim with the sea turtles. Our boat skipper will take us to the area where these curious animals live and, once we arrive, we will only have to jump into the water and enjoy their contemplation swimming alongside them.

If you want to continue exploring the marine fauna we have anotherexcursion in which we will go to watch cetaceans. In addition, on this second outing, we will also go to see the beautiful Acantilado de los Gigantes and we will have the opportunity to swim in one of the beautiful coves that populate our coast.

In addition, from Apnea Academy West Europe Boat Trips we suggest you enjoy the best boat trip aboard our sailboat >or on a beautiful catamaran. You just have to choose the boat you prefer and let us make you fully enjoy the sea. We have excursions that can be 2 or 3 hours, 5 and even the full day. As the duration of the journey is longer, we will have the opportunity to do more activities.
