The only requirement to be able to practice diving is knowing how to swim and having snorkeling at some time, which you can do on some of its kayak routes. Your first experience underwater will be unbeatable, you will have the help of a specialized monitor and they will give you the complete diving equipment.

Some notes: you access the sea by the Playa de la Rivera. Each person with their own autonomous breathing equipment, which will provide you with a monitor. They will explain the necessary breathing and immersion techniques. The average depth will be three meters under water.

The urban camps are a “must” for children in summer. Children need to enjoy and relax from school in a healthy environment while playing sports. The latest are the water camps offered by Ceuta Kayak .

Their camps are held during the summer season, always from June 23. Boys and girls from eight to sixteen years old will be able to participate in them. During the mornings they will have various sports activities scheduled such as hiking , baptism of diving , walks kayak , paddle board or diving with snorkel . All activities and excursions will be aimed at promoting their autonomy and knowledge of the natural environment. In addition, they will be given a theoretical class on safety at sea.
