Speaking of our team, it is made up of professional surfers and experts in the field, many of them with more than two decades of experience in other surf schools or a whopping 25 years in other adventure sports. We can boast of having certificates of excellence granted by the Portuguese Surfing Federation, by the World Surf League and by Turismo de Portugal.
We give surf lessons for all ages, learning courses, private lessons, but, in addition, we have incorporated paddle surfing and other modalities. Our stand has a playground for skateboarding, a trampoline, a volleyball court, a space for archery, tennis andcountless activities.

We are a Surf School located in Espinho that has now also decided to bet heavily on paddle surfing, a logical continuation of surfing that rests on a support element, a paddle, and proclaims a philosophy that rests on other concepts related to peace and meditation in the middle of the sea.
We will get on a surfboard, standing up, and we will advance on it helped by the push that we exert with the arms on an oar. The rhythm and intensity depends on each user, there will be people who decide to go faster and others who decide to print a somewhat slower cadence.
At first glance, it may seem quite simple, the reality is that it is not at all, which makes it quite a challenge, an experience that deserves to be tried at some point in life.
We are located in a privileged spot on Praia Costa Verde, in the town of Espinho itself, famous for being the destination chosen by thousands of tourists to practice surfing. But not all are huge waves that are a challenge for any fan of this discipline. There is also a place for calm waters, ideal for paddle surfing without any element that disturbs the development of the activity.
To do so, we have a team of professionals with more than 25 years of experience behind them in adventure, risk, and aquatic sports (including paddle boarding, surfing).
We propose an ideal activity for beginners in paddle surfing, initiation classes taught by one of our qualified instructors > in which you will learn some basic techniques to jump into the water with the wetsuit that we provide, the board adapted for this discipline and the oar.

First of all, you don't have to worry, it is not obligatory to have previous experience, our idea is that you start from scratch in this sport together with U.S. We have group classes for ages from 12 years old, private classes for small groups of 1 to 2 people , lessons for children's groups suitable for children from 3 to 12 years old.
