Come to the north of Cáceres and take advantage of the magnificent Gabriel y Galán reservoir with Panthos . All the activities that we carry out both in this environment and in the El Anillo facilities have in common that they are inclusive so that no one is left out due to physical or mental limitations.

We prepare you in ways like these:

- Windsurf : we give classes from 2 hours to get you started in the safest way you will find, when practicing it in dammed waters.

- Sailing : we teach you to sail from a low level in terms of knowledge of this sport. As you complete your training with us, you will be able to sail alone and begin your participation in regattas.

- Stand up paddle : in its normal version or with the gigantic XXL sup boards in which you travel in groups of up to 10 people simultaneously. We are waiting for you to do so at the Borbollón Reservoir.

- Carrovela : where the use of the wind is also done on land with these landsailing carts with which you will get an impression similar to that of navigating changing water for asphalt.

Also at specific times of the year we organize multi-adventure camps for kids from 7 years old and youngsters.

Paddle surfing is one of the activities that we have selected in Panthos to offer both the general public and those who have some kind of limitation. We do it in the Borollón Reservoir , a location that provides additional facilities to a modality that will not cost you to master.

We develop this discipline between the months of March and October with two types of table:

- Those of classic paddle surf : with a surface greater than those of surf in terms of length and width that makes it easy for the participant to stay on it. It is very stable in the waters of the reservoir where there are no waves or currents bother us. We will deliver it to you together with a paddle at the facilities we have in the town of Moraleja.

- Those of Sup XXL : they are a replica of the previous ones but much larger. This means that up to 8 people can go on it at the same time that they will have to row in unison, which makes it the best option to enjoy in a group. Due to its dimensions we will provide it directly at the foot of the reservoir.

The material can be rented for one or more days in the case of adults, while minors will have to go with a monitor to supervise them.

The boats that Panthos use for sailing are fully adapted to be accessible to everyone. We want you to be able to test it in a group or individually since the sailboats we have have different capacities up to 8 seats.

The list of courses that we propose contemplates your different level of knowledge of this sport:

- Single session of 3 hours : we will take a walk with one of the Panthos crew members who will help you do the main maneuvers of this type of navigation .

- Sailing basics : they are 6 hours of training conceived as an initiation program with which you will be able to face your first route.

- Intermediate : if you have already completed the previous step, or you come with it learned, you will be ready to go on the sailboat without a monitor counting on the external supervision of this. It can be done with the easiest levels in a plan for the same weekend.

- Initiation to the competition : in a total of 15 hours, in 3-hour lessons, we will teach you the keys to regattas and we will focus on participating in our competitions. We can also design a Sailing Race day especially for your event.

At Panthos we are dedicated to inclusive sports and leisure, which we also apply to windsurfing to adapt learning to your needs. We do it in a controlled natural environment such as Lake Gabriel y Galán so safety is significantly increased compared to the lessons that are carried out at sea.

In the waters of the reservoir you will be protected from the currents and you will teach in fairly stable conditions at any time of the year. We have:

- Initiation tables : within the material that we offer we have equipped ourselves with tables whose measurement is calculated for students of any height. This will make it much easier for you to get hold of it.

- Courses from a duration of 2 hours : in the first 120 minutes you will get a clear impression of the rules that will allow you to become a windsurfer. From there you can hire more time to reach the level you want in this sport. Soon you will gain enough autonomy to practice on your own whenever you want.

We can assist you both individually and in groups if you come to see us with your friends.

At Panthos we run multi-adventure camps that we organize for boys and girls who are at least 7 years old . We take advantage of our location, in the natural setting that surrounds the Gabriel y Galán reservoir, for the development of sports and cultural activities such as these:

- Sailing : we teach participants to sail in small sporty sailboats perfect for an initiation learning. We navigate protected by the limits of the reservoir where there are no currents.

- Windsurf : we offer students several hours of windsurfing class with boards for which the height of each child and young person has been taken into account, allowing an adventure tailored to you.

- Drag games and sports : aimed at complementing the water activities in which we are specialized.

- Multiadventure : we will maintain contact with climbing, we will try the zip line and we will know the best way to orient ourselves in nature.

- Excursions to key points in the history of the area: we will go to the Roman ruins of Cáparra and to the medieval town of Granadilla.

Enjoy a journey that will take you through one of the most charming landscapes of the Spanish geography, Las Húrdes. Let yourself be carried away by our guided routes through the best places in this famous area.

Some of the majestic visiting areas will be El Anillo, Río Alagón, the Medieval Town of Granadilla, the reservoir and the lake. They will certainly not leave you indifferent to the eye. Las Hurdes make up a unique region worth visiting at least once in your life and, if you do, better with the connoisseurs of the area so as not to leave you a single detail. Save images like the Melero Meander in your retina, but so as not to forget it, you can take a camera if you want to capture this wonder.

In principle, it will be 3 hours of walk, although it can be extended if your idea is to eat before finishing the adventure.

Our guides are experienced in this area and will guide you through the best places, but they will also make the journey more interesting by telling you the legends and curious stories of the areas that are left behind. It will give more history to this fairytale landscape.
The ship will have all the comforts on board and you can also bathe in some of the places allowed for it.

Our team does not care that you have never tried the wakeboard as if you are already able to mark jumps and some more adventures, and that is that we teach classes from the most basic level, private lessons and even group lessons. Different options, of different duration and for different people.

For this you have to be aware of our wakeboard classes that we teach in the waters of the Alagón River from Friday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. You just have to worry about arriving on your time since we take care of the entire team, ah! And remember that it is an activity for those over 16 years old , minors always presenting a parental authorization.

Among the options that we give you to wakeboard in our Cacereño reservoir you have:

• Private classes for those who want to start or advance in wakeboarding techniques in an exclusive way for 45 minutes .

• Group classes for up to 3 people , perfect to come with friends and in addition to practicing your new star sport, give you a good laugh for 2 hours .

• Group wakeboard classes for up to 5 people with a duration of 3 hours ideal for a complete session learning to slide on the water like an expert.
