Try the main water sports in Badalona with Espaimar. We put them at your fingertips on the beach from the CN Nautical School of the city so that you have them at hand at any time of the year. These are:

• Kayak : with a rental service so that you can do routes of 1 or 2 hours through this part of the Mediterranean . If you come with the clothes to take on board, which you can put on in the changing room we have, we will leave you the life jacket and the paddle to move out to sea.

• Paddle surfing : if you want to use the traditional size boards, ask us for the rental equipment to use it for 60 or 120 minutes. We can also organize groups of up to 6 people, starting with a minimum of 3, to do a excursion along these coasts and beaches on the sup board. Another option that you can take advantage of in a group is the giant paddle surf taking the largest of our boards to the sea to share with several friends.

• Dinghy sailing : guided outings also from 3 participants and with a maximum of 6 people per route. They are 2-hour boat trips with instructions on what maneuvers we use on board to put distance between us and the coast and later return to the beach.

At Espaimar we give you the opportunity to rent a kayak in Badalona using the base of the Nautical School of the Swimming Club.

We use boats so easy to use that you can take them outside the school limits to row across the Mediterranean . The usual rental time is 1 hour, with the possibility of also requesting routes of 120 minutes and the rate that we will provide you is for one participant. Keep in mind that 2 people can also go out in the two-seater kayaks.

With this service you have the right to use the wardrobe to change. We recommend an outfit that is adapted to the time of year in which you come to visit us. In this way, in the summer months you will have to bring a swimsuit and a shirt. To protect yourself from the sun you must remember to put a cap and filter cream in your backpack. In the autumn and winter seasons you can protect yourself from the lower temperature with neoprene and booties.

In any case, we will lend you a life jacket to carry throughout the activity, providing greater security to the journey you have planned.

At UTE Espaimar we maintain direct contact with the Mediterranean throughout the year and dinghy sailing in Badalona are one of the ways we follow for this.

These small and agile boats are an interesting way to make a route through the sea while learning the first notions about navigation techniques. The crossings that we organize are planned for a duration of approximately 120 minutes and we will leave with groups of at least 3 participants. We set the maximum number of places at a total of 6.

You can bring your clothes to the changing rooms of the Nautical School CN Badalona , since with the hiring of the exit you will be able to use these facilities. In the summer period, of course, a swimsuit is convenient for you, but you will be safer if you also protect your skin with a t-shirt, the corresponding sun cream and a cap or similar for the head.

With everything ready we will go to the sailboats that we will already have prepared on the beach. We will distribute life jackets for you to put on your clothes and we will get on the boats to start the itinerary out to sea.

Keep in mind that we are operational all year long and during autumn and winter, if the conditions are good, you can also go sailing.

At Espaimar we have thought about the ways that will make you enjoy paddle surfing in Badalona the most. Under this idea we present you:

- Rental of stand up paddle equipment : as it is one of the easiest activities to practice, we rent it for you to go out for a ride for as long as you want. You can do it for a minimum of 60 minutes and we will leave you a life jacket. If you bring a swimsuit, which we recommend since you are going to be in contact with the sea, you can wear it in our changing rooms.

- Paddle surf XL : a giant board in which the start is made in a group . You will share a board but not paddle, we will provide one to each participant and your job will be to coordinate to advance all together. It is one of the funniest proposals in relation to sup and lends itself to many games in the water.

- Guided sup route in Badalona : on days when the Mediterranean remains calm, we take you on 2-hour crossings in groups of between 3 and 6 people. We will go to new beaches, leaving the base of our nautical school, to know the environment while we sail in a relaxed way.
