• Cross-country skiing: we have up to six different areas where you can practice your favorite sport. There is a wide variety of slopes and obstacles of all levels so that both beginners and those who master the expert level can come.
  
• Snowshoes: put them on and discover how easy it is to walk through the snow. Thanks to the snowshoes we can do routes even when everything is snowy and we will surprise you with an itinerary full of incredible views.

• hiking and mountain biking routes: you will walk and pedal among the most beautiful trails in the region. In the Roncal Valley you can pass under the deepest forests and marvel at the sounds that nature provides.

• Climbing: ascends in different sectors that are in the surroundings. In them you will find simple routes, intermediate level routes and others that will be impossible to do if you do not have an advanced level.

For years we have traveled the Roncal valley in all possible ways and one of the most special is cross-country skiing.

Thanks to the equipment (skis, boots, poles) that we rent to you in Roncalia you will be able to enjoy a great day on your skis. We have several spaces at different heights: El Ferial , as well as Bortuzko or Eskilzarra ... an area where there are very simple tracks and others a little more difficult with bumps and slopes. The highest area in which we operate is La Conteienda in which the routes will be directed more for those who have a intermediate level or higher . And for when the snow level is lower (1,000m), we have the slopes of La Mata de Haya.

The tours are done with skis and poles on the slopes prepared for it, for that reason an entrance fee is paid. We also offer classes so that you can train and discover how professional this sport can be. These lessons will be taught in small groups appropriate to each student.

Have you ever thought how incredible it would be to go through the snow and take a walk that takes you to admire landscapes in which white covers everything? At Roncalia we encourage you to put on some snowshoes and dare to travel the itineraries that we have created through the most beautiful environment of Navarra.

We are in the Roncal valley and the racket activity takes place on the Ferial track. They are routes of 6.8 kilometers approximately and that can be done as long as there is snow on the mountain.

You have two options:

• Rent the rackets: We will leave them for you for a full day so that you can go and explore the trails you want. Along the way you will find signs and beacons that will tell you where to go so there will be no problem and you will not get lost.
  
• Go with a guide: we will accompany you on excursions that last around 3 hours . We recommend this option for those who simply want a walk in the mountains and who like to discover areas that they would not reach by themselves.

If you like to relax in nature and find corners full of tranquility, in Roncalia you can enjoy the best hiking trails. Thanks to the environment that appears around us, you can walk without ceasing to be surprised by the landscapes and views of the Roncal Valley.

We propose two types of route:

• Signposted hiking: is a route that takes place in the fair area and has a total of 4.8 kilometers between forests and snowy paths.
  
• Interpretive hiking: is a bit longer and it is an itinerary between El Ferial and Zampori, about 9 kilometers of paths and landscapes that will take your breath away.

Walking in nature is one of the best ways to relax and forget about stress, so you cannot miss this opportunity. The hiking routes are always done in a group so you can come with your friends or family, although if there are few of you we will put you in with other hikers.

We have looked for a very special climbing area where you will find more than 30 different routes and where you can test your skills by climbing with other professionals. It is a space in Larra where you will find four different sectors to practice:

• Eraiz sector: you will find routes of quite high difficulty. You have to be a professional or at least have technical climbing knowledge to be able to do these vertical routes.
  
• El Ferial Sector: we find a couple of routes of medium difficulty but also others more complicated. It is a wall of approximately 13 meters and in which you will find 6 different routes.
  
• Zampori Sector: although it is a 10 meter wall (the lowest of the ones we propose) you will find routes to which you have to come with an expert level.
  
• Arlás Sector: is the ideal area to train in climbing since the simplest routes are found on its walls. There may be some a little more complicated but in general they are easy ascents.
