Since 2011 Skicenter Baqueira has been offering ski and snowboard services in the alpine resort of Vaqueria Beret. This is a new service that includes the complete management of a snow holiday.

If you are on vacation in Vaqueira Beret you cannot miss this fantastic opportunity! From Skicenter Baqueira we organize snowmobile routes that reach Montagarri, tours through virgin snow that take place among coniferous forests and that have unparalleled scenic beauty. p>

A round trip path that reaches the old refuge of Juli Arnalot, located 12 kilometers from Beret.

The snowmobiles are two-seater, you can share the experience with your partner or a friend, even driving in turns.

One of the great attractions of this route are the landscapes it offers. Snowmobile outings can be done both day and night and there is the possibility of stopping to taste some of the typical dishes of the Aran Valley.

They are carried out in groups of a maximum of 30 people, distributed on two-seater motorcycles. A group adventure that you will remember for a lifetime!

We also offer snowmobile driving courses, learn from a professional the possibilities that these vehicles offer.

At Skicenter Baqueira we leave from Beret to give you the widest mushing options in the Aran Valley with excursions for adults and children that do not have any difficulty since it is our dogs who pull the sled and a professional musher the one who guides them along the appropriate route. You can:

- Participate in a sleigh driving course: it is the only one of our activities for which you must be of legal age. From 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the morning we will teach you how to steer a sleigh with 4 huskies in front.

- Go out for lunch or dinner after the sleigh excursion: from 1 p.m. or 8 p.m. at night we will enter the forest and rest afterwards with a delicious menu that we They will serve at the Amics de Montgarri shelter.

- Only take the sleigh ride: with an ideal option for initiation of 3.5 kilometers that are completed in around 20 minutes or 1 full hour that will give us enough time to get into the paths of this part of the Valley.

The excursion sleds can accommodate 3 people, but with 2 minors we can get up to 4 seats.

At Skicenter Baqueira we will get you to know the most hidden corners of the Valle de Arán using the channels of its rivers through canyoning.

Our main canyoning, designed to cover the summer season, are:

- In Bausen: from our facilities in Vielha, we will travel 25 km in a vehicle for this activity without difficulty to which we will dedicate half a day. This section will require a 10-minute walk to the river for a descent that may take up to 2 hours. After an adventure of 1 kilometer, we will have overcome a difference in altitude of 100 meters. In addition to adults, children from 10 years old can participate.

- In Viu de Llevata: in this case we will have to travel 51 kilometers to a ravine that increases in difficulty although it does not exceed the average grade. Once we have gotten out of the car, we will take a 20-minute walk to begin a descent that will take us from 2 and a half to 3 hours.

In any case we will be accompanied by a guide whose safety instructions we will have to follow without exception. He will also explain to us the characteristics of the landscape that we leave on both sides of the river.

For the summer season of Skicenter Baqueira we propose an approach to the beauty of the Aran Valley from the perspective of a fun rafting descent on the Garonne River. You can request it between the months of April and October.

We improve on each occasion by expanding the experience of our professional team by acquiring new material with which to maintain service excellence:

- The inflatable boats, usually prepared for a maximum of 8 participants, now accommodate up to 12 passengers so that you can share the experience with more friends or family at the same time.

- Our instructors know several languages to attend to all types of tourism. In addition to Spanish, they speak English, French, Catalan and Aranese.

The section that we recommend runs between Es Bordes and Bossòst and is 8 kilometers long. Children from 12 years old can take part in it since in the middle of the summer season it is a simple route. Extreme precautions will have to be taken during the thaw as the complexity increases.

There is also a second section in which you can go with children from 6 years old, taking into account that you always have to know how to swim to be able to join this activity.
