Escuela de Tiempo Libre Trisquel

At Trisquel we carry out work as an educational entity from our location in Gijón. From here we train new professionals in free-time activities, we plan specific activities and complete adventure programs.

We strive to be different through the added value that comes with the search for quality in everything we do since it is proven that the actions taken with young people and children have a decisive influence on their development. At Trisquel we want that influence to always be positive.

In our camps we give priority to English and, as a novelty compared to the rest of the sector's coexistence, sports ethics.
This edition takes place at the El Portalón Hostel, which occupies a very interesting position in the Picos de Europa. Children and adolescents between 8 and 15 years old can participate in it, who will attend 3 hours of daily class focused on the Anglo-Saxon language. We dedicate the same time to ethics in sports.

The purely training part takes place from Monday to Friday within the two weeks of camp in the first half of July. On weekends we clear our minds with excursions and outings to get to know the landscapes of this mountain range in detail.

At the Trisquel Free Time School we direct our English camp to participants who are between 8 and 15 years old. It takes place during the first fortnight of July in the Picos de Europa, an enclave that we have chosen because it allows us direct contact with natural spaces.

- Accommodation: we will stay in the El Portalón hostel complex, which we will have at our exclusive disposal without sharing its use with other groups.

- Language classes: from Monday to Friday we will daily have 3 hours of classes in the Anglo-Saxon language that will be addressed with recreational activities so that the campers evolve in their training effortlessly and in the holiday atmosphere that they are looking for. They are in charge of qualified instructors who will classify the lessons by level. Each student will receive a diploma after completing the program.

- Sports ethics: it will be a fundamental core in our coexistence that will focus a large part of the activities. Handball, basketball and soccer become part of the disciplines that will help us internalize it.

- Moments of leisure: the rest of the time we will dedicate to games and workshops that provide us with new knowledge and positive values. Come the weekend we will go on an excursion.

The Trisquel Free Time School camp combines activities in nature with English classes and the transmission of basic values for the development of young people through sports.

It is designed for children at least 8 years old and a maximum of 15 who will stay with us the first two weeks of July following the following daily routine:

- We will get up at 8:30 a.m. to have breakfast and prepare for the main activity of this half of the day that will begin at 10 a.m. During the week these 3 hours will be dedicated to English classes and sports ethics.

- We will stop for lunch at 1:30 p.m. and resume the activities that will change order depending on the day so that we do not fall into a routine.

- Free time will begin at 6:30 p.m. coinciding with snack. Each student can play on their own and take the opportunity to shower before dinner.

- Between 10 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. we will share evenings and games that will accompany us until it's time to go to bed.

Within the price we transport students by bus from Gijón to the same hostel.
