Aventura Norte is a company that offers leisure and free time alternatives in the middle of nature, we have a wide range of adventure sports and activities adapted to all types of audiences.

We are located on the slopes of the Picos de Europa , in the triangle that make up the municipalities of Cangas de Onís, Ribadesella and Arriondas.

Our human team is made up of university graduates, sports technicians and monitors who have adequate training for the type of activities we carry out.

We have special packages that, in addition to activities in the middle of nature, include accommodation and restaurants.

The Descent of the Sella is one of the must-do activities if you are a lover of nature and adventure sports . This traditional activity takes you to navigate the famous stretch of the river best known in all of Asturias.

In addition to the descent by canoe, you will be able to enjoy the spectacular views and landscapes of nature that surrounds the river as we are located at the foot of the Picos de Europa .

Our canoes are the most comfortable on the market and the only ones with ergonomic foam seats. You can choose between 1, 2 and up to 3 seats.

It is a highly recommended activity for families, children, adults or groups of friends . It is an experience that you will undoubtedly remember for a lifetime.

Even for couples , sharing a canoe and overcoming the whitewater stretches of the Sella is a truly romantic adventure.

If you decide to spend a day of laughter, games, splashing and fun driving the canoe, the descent of the sella is your activity!

If you want to practice the best canyoning in the peninsula, you have to come to Asturias, here you will find descents for all audiences, a wide range of canyons that you will not find in any other region. You will rappel, climb walls, jump into pools or slide down winding slides to the rhythm of madness and fun.

In Aventura Norte we do not have minimum groups, your ravine is insured! From initiates to much higher levels, whatever you choose. We will give you all the necessary material (with the exception of footwear, sports shoes or mountain boots are fine). You can come as a couple, groups, stag and hen parties, or with the smallest of the family.

If you do not have previous experience in canyoning, you come with children or as a family, we will do a level 1 canyoning, where the demand is lower but the game and the laughs are just as guaranteed! From 6 years old you can start, the level of difficulty is up to you.

We will move to the upper parts of the rivers, where you can discover incredible landscapes that you can only find in the Picos de Europa .

The hiking routes that we do from Aventura Norte have a tinge of eco-ethno-tourism, a healthy and very pleasant way to get to know the nature that surrounds the principality of Asturias.

Trekking routes that will take you through the Picos de Europa, Somiedo, Degaña or the Redes Natural Park . These are not simple walks, the objective of these excursions is to interpret the landscapes, fauna and ethnography of the municipalities that we will visit.

We also carry out the most famous of all European routes, "La Ruta del Cares", taking care of all the displacements and of course accompanied by a guide who will explain everything you are seeing.

The best time to do these routes is:

• September and October : where Asturian nature is adorned with brown, green, yellowish, orange and red landscapes. Asturian autumn is a must for all nature lovers.
• March, April and May : with the thaw and the swollen riverbed, the Asturian green begins to emerge and the spring of the principality begins to play with colors.

Some of the best natural paradises are buried several meters, especially when we talk about the Picos de Europa , an area where due to its peculiar geology we can find impressive caves of which you could hardly imagine the magnitude of its beauty.

For the general public we make excursions to caves of low difficulty, a route of 2 to 3 hours perfect to know the wonderful world that the Asturian subsoil hides.

On the other hand, for those who wish it we will enter cavities that can only be accessed by rappelling, crawling or lying down. Sections not suitable for those who cannot bear very narrow spaces.

Our activity is fully supervised and guided by our specialized monitors.

The activity includes all caving equipment with the exception of footwear (they serve sports shoes), as well as changing rooms and showers in our activity center located in Arriondas.

Aventura Norte Rafting allows you to discover Asturian landscapes hand in hand with intense emotions and high doses of adrenaline. How? We have one of the ideal activities to travel the rapids of our rivers and the best thing is that you can live this experience with your group of friends.

Aventura Norte Canoeing is what you need to live an authentic adventure in the middle of the most impressive landscapes of Asturias. Our riverbank is home to abundant vegetation that will make your eyes get lost in the different shades of green.

We have routes of different duration and length, from 2 hours to travel 4 km to 6 hours that it will take us to travel 15 km. We adapt to your needs as well as your physical conditions so that you do not have to worry about anything other than letting yourself go.

Before making the descent, we will give you some guidelines regarding the use of the material, safety regulations, etc. and when we have everything ready we will start the route.

Throughout the tour we will make different stops so that you can rest, take pictures, take a dip, have a picnic on the river beaches ...

In addition, our canoes are for different seats, so you can go alone, with one person, with two or even sail with your dog! We make it easy for you, because we want your vacation to be as pleasant as possible.

The crossings through the snow make us feel nature closer and more alive than ever. There is nothing like hiking to discover what our true natural environment is and yet, as soon as it is cold, we are in winter, we stop doing it.

With snowshoes you will not have to deprive yourself of it and you will be able to continue discovering new places. In addition, for a hiker, missing a snowy landscape is like losing part of that nature that he likes so much, since walking through the same snowy place without snowing is like going through two completely different places.

In our snowshoe routes we will experience new and very comforting sensations, challenging the winter itself and ourselves to overcome every obstacle that comes our way. Our experienced guides will take us through the most beautiful places and will not only make the route in the simplest and most complete way, but they will also give you guidelines so that you are able to organize your own hiking routes.

At Aventura Norte we have a paintball field of 11,000 m2 where we will develop the best games you have ever imagined.

Our field is in the middle of nature and in it you will have different hiding places and obstacles to hide and protect yourself from the enemy. With your team you will have to develop the best strategy so that the enemy paint does not reach you and end up staining all the opponents.

When hiring a game of paintball with us we will provide you with all the necessary material, from the wardrobe, protections, automatic markers with 100 loads of paint and, in addition, we will carry out a complete photographic report.

If you want a very active day and enjoy different games, you have the possibility of having our monitors who will be in charge of energizing the game. Among many other options, you can play flag: you will protect yours and do everything possible to steal the enemy team's.

This activity is ideal to come and enjoy in the company of all your friends, with co-workers and even to spend a different and fun day with the family. Multiadventure and Nature, adventurers in Picos de Europa, Asturias , the most complete camp of 2018.

The 2018 Aventura Norte multi-adventure camps in the Picos de Europa have it all. Where else are you going to find a room that has the same sea, mountain and river landscapes.

We organize them for participants who are between 10 and 17 years old and they take place with 6 options in the month of July and one more in August, always with full board. You can choose weekly, biweekly or 12-day shifts.

- We will stay at the hostel "Los Avellanos". It is very close to the coast, in the middle of the entrance to the Picos de Europa, the Sueve mountain and Tierra de Asturcones. There are common spaces for the activities we organize, both indoors and outdoors. The rooms accommodate a minimum of 4 participants and a maximum of 24. They will be grouped by sex and age, so that they are close to those with whom they have the most in common.

- These days we will fully exploit the possibilities of the area: in nature we will try from the most traditional kayak to the new zorbing. We will discover how a river ravine is traversed and we will learn about what the caves are like inside. Canyoning, river and sea kayaking, paddle surfing, caves, children's paintball, archery attack, zip lines and rope park, jailbreak escape room, yellow humor, giant inflatables, bubble soccer, forest gymkhanas, trail tracking, nest box creation , archery, hiking, everything you can ask for in a multi-adventure camp is here. - The time that we are not out of the facilities we will spend doing workshops in which creativity comes first. We also have evenings as night falls.

The only thing you have to be clear about for your next bachelor party is that it be with Aventura Norte because there is nothing we cannot do for you.

We will inform you of the general options that we recommend, adding the adventure activities that we work, the type of accommodation and the complementary services that you may want. From there it is up to you because you can combine it as you want. Also keep in mind that if there are more than 10 of you, the bride or groom does not pay. We give you some ideas:

- Classic activities: they are all at your disposal but we recommend those in which the group is more important. This is the case of rafting, in which you all go on the same raft, or ravines, which put you all to the test in the same obstacles.

- Newly appearing activities: whether or not you are familiar with zorbing or the splatmaster, come and try them. In the first case, you can put yourself one by one in a large plastic ball in which to roll or take advantage of it to make a play on the boyfriend. The second case is especially nice for bachelorette parties who want to play paintball without getting a single bruise.

- Accommodation: it is not mandatory but if you want we can arrange a rural house with a dozen beds or a hostel that can be occupied by up to 6 participants.

- Dinner: themed or not with an erotic show. It can be in Oviedo, Gijón or Cangas de Onís.

At Aventura Norte we prepare a camp that combines multi-adventure, nature and English for participants from 10 years to 15 . It is designed for a maximum of 40 places, so we recommend that you reserve those for your children as soon as possible. Shifts run from July 1-8, July 8-15, or July 1-15.

It is a immersion program that takes place in Asturias. This location allows us to surround ourselves with landscapes in complete contrast between the beach and the mountains that give us adequate spaces for the activities we organize every day.

Participants learn and improve their knowledge of the Anglo-Saxon language without making an effort or realizing when interacting with our team of monitors. All of them are bilingual in English or native speakers with high preparation.

The activities that we will share are rides aboard kayaks, canyoning days, caving trips, paintball or archery attack games such as team games, archery tests, climbing sessions, sailing with paddle surf boards as the main sports disciplines. . We will also have original yellow humor games using inflatables, bubble soccer, gymkhanas competitions, visit to a rope park and games of Anglo-Saxon origin such as cricket and lacrosse.

You will have the confidence of leaving your children in the only Asturian company recognized with the Q for Tourist Quality. We have also obtained the Family Tourism Seal belonging to the FEFN.
