Who has not heard of or has thought about doing the Sella river descent by canoe . One of the best known and most requested activities every year in the Picos de Europa and that we put at your disposal with all the facilities so that you can enjoy a unique experience.

You can come with your friends, family, partner or coworkers. You only need the desire to row and have a great time, since it is a very simple activity. You only need a brief chat with our monitors and you will get on the canoe.

The starting point is located in Arriondas and from there 15km and 5 hours full of emotions on the water await you until you reach LLovio, although there are two stops 7km and 10km away. At any time you can stop to bathe, rest or have a culin of cider as long as it is not after 6:00 p.m.

The canoes can be for one, two or three people. We will also provide you with paddles, a mandatory life jacket; picnic with two sandwiches, water and dessert; storage container and transport from the point of arrival to our facilities. Don't forget to bring sunscreen. Be warned!

Also called canyoning, it is an activity that Leisure and Adventure in Asturias offers you both in Arriondas and Cudillero. It is ideal for all ages and groups, since you can go as a family, with friends or with your co-workers. A very simple activity to enjoy nature and disconnect from the urban routine .

We will start in the natural environment of Amieva, in the upper Sella. Our monitor will begin with an explanation and will always be with you for the correct performance of the activity, which consists of descending the riverbed avoiding the different types of relief rappelling, crawling and avoiding the difficulties to continue moving along the river.

This canyoning activity takes place in the Vallegón and Carangas ravines according to the flow rate. The difficulty is medium, but don't worry, no previous experience is necessary, just knowing how to swim and want to get wet and have a great time.

The activity lasts about three hours and we provide the adventurers with the wetsuit, helmet, booties, harnesses and ropes, and transfer to our facilities both at the beginning and at the end.

One of the most fun and complete water sports that you can enjoy in a natural environment without comparison, such as the Picos de Europa in Asturias. Feel the emotion and enjoy nature but be careful, teamwork also matters.

In this activity we descend the riverbed following the current aboard a raft led by an expert monitor. You can imagine that the current is the boss, so you and your team have to take control of the raft at all times and steer it in the right direction while you navigate rapids and current changes.

The experience begins in an area of the upper Sella River in the rafting season, which begins in early March and ends in mid-June. From there, a 9km descent awaits you with a Grade III difficulty. The duration is about 3 hours and each boat has capacity for between 4 and 8 people.

You have both the raft, paddle and helmet and we also provide you with a wetsuit and mandatory life jacket. We take care of the transport from our facilities to the place of the experience, both at the beginning and at the end.

The Cantabrian Sea is not only to see it, but also to feel it. One of the most desired maritime activities and that we offer both in Gijón and in Ribadesella so that you can feel the air and water on your face accompanied by your friends, your partner, or your bosses. Enjoy Da Ñora beach or the incredible coastal relief with almost inaccessible caves that very few people know.

We have easy-to-use jet skis with 1500cc displacement . Of course they have automatic start and gearbox and can carry two people. They are reviewed and tuned for each activity, and our monitors will also give you a small class before the route to learn how to handle the vehicle.

We wait for you at the Gijón marina and at the Ribadesella Bridge one hour before the start of the activity. It is not necessary that you have any license or qualification. Minors from 12 to 16 years old must be co-pilots always accompanied by an adult. Minors from 16 to 18 years old may drive but always accompanied by an adult. We have a changing room with showers.

Bring sports clothing and shoes and we will provide you with the vest and wetsuit if applicable. Always respect the rules and follow the instructions of the monitor for safe driving.

One of the funniest team activities in which you will have to test your reflexes, take care of your aim, draw the correct strategy and lay the final ambush . Leisure and Adventure in Asturias offers you the possibility of practicing paintball in different environments of Asturias: Arriondas, Gijón, Candamo and Los Oscos.

Enjoy the best natural settings and themed playing fields of up to 70,000km2 throughout the Asturian geography. Play with different objectives such as eliminating all opponents, taking the flag, central flag or double flag, or VIP of the aviator.

The duration of the game is about two hours, in which you will have 100 balls per player and can make additional reloads. At all times you will be accompanied by a monitor and you will be provided with a holster, marker shotgun and initial reload, and other protections such as neck or chest protector.

You need to be at least 6 people with a minimum age of 14 years. Follow the instructions of the monitor at all times and do not remove the protections during the game, as well as always maintain a shooting distance of 7 meters.

The handling of these vehicles is simple as well as fun and they adapt to almost any terrain, so you will not have any difficulties and no previous experience in driving is necessary.

We have 250cc Bombardier 4x4 two-seater quads so that you can safely enjoy the Asturian landscape and travel its forest roads, rural trails and even a private circuit . All with the intention that you spend a unique experience in a natural environment together with your friends, family or colleagues.

If you want to be in command, you need a driver's license B, but if not, you can go as a companion. Before the activity, our monitors will give you an explanation about the handling of the vehicle and important safety notions.

The duration of this experience is about an hour. We take care of the equipment: helmet and hygienic cap, and pants and rain jacket if the weather is not good, as well as a cover for the shoes.
