Who has not heard of the famous descents of the Sella River in a canoe? An emblematic river of the Principality of Asturias that you can now travel in a canoe and be part of a surprising aquatic gymkhana. Or making a conventional and calmer descent through the Sella, the Cares or the Deva.

Using the canoe as the main element, you will participate in a gymkhana composed of:

• Canoe descent through the waters of the Sella River competing in races
• Rappelling over the water with all its excitement
• Naval battles from ship to ship with games proposed and coordinated by our professional instructors
• Rescue of castaways in the water
• Jumps into the void

It's all part of a competition in which there will be prizes after its completion and a typical Asturian meal with cider, beer or wine.

For those who prefer to simply enjoy the bravery of the Asturian rivers and canoe navigation, you can come to the Sella, Deva and Cares rivers and descend them for 2 or 3 hours.

The presence of our team will be a constant for the best execution of the activities.

The tortured and rugged Asturian coastline that for thousands of years has been sculpted by the bravery of the Cantabrian Sea is now the perfect setting to develop a new and popular activity, coast trekking. A type of canyoning on the coast using not the ravines, but the cliffs as a natural environment.

We take advantage of the times of the day when the tide is at its lowest level and we travel along stretches of the coast, descending and climbing the cliffs and other coastal features. We will talk about the safest way to do it before proceeding to overcome each of the challenges that the section to be covered will pose.

During this unique journey close to the sea we will see isolated coves in an almost virgin state and animal life composed of all kinds of mollusks and crustaceans such as crabs, oricios, llampares, cormorants or barnacles.

You will be fascinated by the amazing views of the cliffs that thecoastline near Gijónoffers us.

We will equip you with a neoprene suit to avoid suffering from the low temperatures of the Cantabrian Sea.

We step on the accelerator of our quads and climb steep slopes, cross thick eucalyptus forests and cross the most hidden paths with the routes we have around Gijón. br />
This small but powerful type of 4-wheeled motorcycle is perfect for sneaking into nature without caring what we find in our path. Its driving is as simple as it only has 2 gears. Even so, we will give you the instructions that you should take into account for a safe journey without losing fun while piloting.

Our quadshave 2 seats so you can be accompanied during the journey and thus discuss with your partner the adventures you will experience.

We walked through the mountains of Gijón for around 1 hour and a half making some stops to rest from the intense driving and to relax with the exuberant landscape of Asturias.

Knowing how to drive you will have no problem, it barely requires skill to correctly control a quad. For any eventuality, the monitor will be there helping you.

We visit some of the most interesting caves in the Asturian speleological panorama with easy and comfortable journeys for everyone. Covallona, Alga or La Guelga are some of the caves that you can visit, witnessing very unique and enigmatic rock settings.

A journey into the interior of the earth in which we will find stalactites and stalagmites of enormous dimensions, deep galleries, passageways and disturbing inhabitants such as bats.

The caves are found mainly in the east of Asturias in Picos de Europa, Cangas de Onís and Ribadesella.

A speleological proposal that does not entail special difficulty, it is designed for any user. There will be no need to perform technical climbs and descents with ropes or harnesses.

Minors who have already reached 12 years of age can come to these caves and discover this hidden world with the company of their parents. There is always an instructor supervising every step we take.

Helmets to protect you from possible landslides and to illuminate your journey will be provided by the instructors.

We propose a different activity so that you can connect with nature and enjoy one of the most relaxing experiences in the mountains. With Gijón Activities we will teach you different routes so that you can admire the Asturian landscapes.

One of the last proposals we make is to visit an authentic abandoned town, in Los Beyos (bordering León). You will find a very unknown and mysterious landscape, where, after crossing a bridge more than 50 meters high in the middle of nature, you will see trails that will take you to the town.

This town still preserves stone and wooden houses that are not in good condition, where curious stories from yesteryear still resonate between the walls. Next to the town there is a magical forest full of oaks and beech trees, where you can hear nothing but silence.

Our experienced guide will explain the curious and enigmatic stories of the area so that you understand that there is a different way of sightseeing. In addition, it is a different way to get in shape and go hiking.

With the Walk Asturias program you can undertake a long list of hiking tours through the geography of the Principality, mainly the western region, both along the coast and in the interior.

We are in charge of providing the material you need, in this case a mountain pole, the insurance and the monitors. We will also provide you with transportation from Gijón, Villaviciosa or Cangas de Onís. It is important that you come with comfortable clothing and shoes.

Paintball faithfully simulates a real battle with ammunition, changing firearms for paint weapons that do not cause injuries. We use paint balls that do not harm the environment and whose stains disappear with water. You will have up to a maximum of 100 balls as an arsenal to battle.

A well-thought-out and well-executed strategy is the key in this game where each team will set out in its own way on the delimited field trying to avoid enemy fire. You will find a whole typology of varieties to play with the flag being the central element and which must be protected or captured.

From the age of 14 one can start in this competitive adventure sport.

You will have the protection of a mask and other elements around your body that will save you from the occasional bruise and a marker gun that will be the instrument that will lead you to victory.

The landscapes of Asturias change dramatically throughout the year. When the summer season is over and autumn gives way to the coldest months of the year, the snow begins to cover them, making it necessary for us to equip ourselves in a special way to visit them and get to know them. It is when snowshoes are especially useful, giving us the opportunity to continue hiking.

There are ideal areas to try this sport in the valleys and peaks of this part of the north of the peninsula. In the easternmost part of the Picos de Europa we will visit one of the most famous mountain ranges in the entire peninsula. If we travel to the center of this Autonomous Community we can get closer to Ubiña, the port of San Isidro or that of Ventana.

Departures can be made within the same day or plan a complete trip of several days. In these cases, we arrange places in shelters located in the mountains to be able to spend the night safely, have dinner in a warm and comforting place and have breakfast before starting the march again the next morning.

• Robin Hood. We will divide you into different groups and you will have to get more arrows than your enemy teams, because the team that has the best aim and, therefore, has more opportunities to shoot the arrows will win. There are different peutbas, like finding the treasure or the assault on the tower.

• Treasure hunt. This is a full-fledged orientation test, where you will have to go in search of the treasure that we will hide in our facilities.

You will drive a model of Cann-am Maveri 800 buggy, highly valued for its automatic driving you will be able to travel the best roads until you reach the Pico del Sun and discover a panoramic view of the Asturian capital in a spectacular way. The only thing you will have to have for this, will be the driving license type B1 in force , as long as you are the one who is going to drive the vehicle, because if you are going to go in the passenger seat, it will not be necessary for you (as long as you are over 8 years old ).

You can come as a group and plan a different getaway with your family because we have 5 buggies , so you can come up to 10. A meeting, an event or any day that you want a bit of adrenaline ... . No matter when you want to drive them!

We will depart from our headquarters, next to the Senda de la Camocha , following a tour of one hour through the parishes of Vega and Lavandera, the Sierra del Aramo, the Ubiña massif ... until reaching the Pico del Sol. A very fun and exciting way to drive, but calm, because each buggy is equipped with a safety harness that guarantees even more adventure.
