A fun activity recommended to everyone, as our instructors will be in charge of providing you with all the information you need before carrying out the activity. This way you will know what security measures you have to respect and how to handle the material that we will provide you.

Sailing the Sella is an unforgettable experience. It allows you to relax in the middle of nature, listening to the only sounds in the background other than those of nature. Don't miss this opportunity!

Get to know the best landscapes with expert instructors, knowledgeable about the area and the activity.

We have one, two and three-seater canoes, so you can come accompanied by whoever you want or so you can enjoy at your leisure in your boat. The duration of the activity is approximately 4 hours and to carry it out all you need is to know how to swim. Small children must be at least 1.15 meters tall.

You will only need to come with swimwear and a towel to carry out the activity. We will take care of the rest!

Discover Arriondas and the wonderful landscapes that surround us thanks to Aquassport Canyoning. You will be able to live unique adventures with the help of professional guides who will ensure that your time at our facilities is unforgettable.

We carry out canyoning of all levels, adapted to people who are interested in getting started or those who already have experience in this sport. Natural rock landscapes carved by the river over the years will await you. During the tour you can enjoy jumps into natural pools, the most fun slides, rappelling...

Once we have given you the equipment, one of our mountain guides will be in charge of giving you the pertinent explanations, both regarding the use of the material and the safety measures to take into account. Next we will move towards the ravine, where we will spend approximately two hours.

During the activity you will be accompanied by the guide, so the activity will develop perfectly. He will answer any questions that may arise during the journey and will give you a hand in case you need it to complete a step.

We carry out canyoning in Vallegón and Carangas, two of the canyons that can be adapted to all levels of participants, depending on the section.

As a minimum requirement we ask that you know how to swim and that you are at least 8 years old.

We will provide you with all the material you need to carry out canyoning, you will only have to bring swimming clothes and shoes that fit your foot and can get wet.

Aquassport Paintball offers you a strategy activity so that you and your friends can have the time of your life and live an authentic adventure together. We have all the material you need to carry out the activity as well as the best natural settings.

Have a great time and learn to practice one of the sports in which you can release the most adrenaline. It is an activity that you will practice outdoors thanks to our outdoor paintball fields. The trees, logs and bushes will form perfect hiding places and trenches in which you can hide and shoot your enemy.

One of our instructors will explain how to use the material and the basic rules, so that the activity runs perfectly. In addition, he will act as a referee and will be in charge of proposing the different modalities as well as evaluating the behavior of the players during the game. Cheating is not allowed!

Paintball is basically a team game, where cooperation, coordination and strategy are essential requirements. For this reason, many team building groups request and practice this activity. In this way they learn to understand each other and iron out small quarrels that may arise in the workplace every day.

There are different game modes, where each team will have to fight to achieve the objective before the enemy and knock down as many opponents as possible.

The game lasts approximately 2 hours, although it will depend on how many recharges you do. From 10:00 in the morning until 18:00 in the afternoon we are ready to welcome you.

You will only have to come with comfortable clothes, we will take care of the rest.

Description of Aquassport Quad Biking

With Aquassport Quads you will have fun like never before doing one of the activities that allows you to disconnect from your daily routine and live an experience of speed on 4 wheels. The quad is an all-terrain vehicle that will allow you to reach inaccessible places that you would not otherwise be able to reach.

Our quad routes last 1 hour, on morning and afternoon departures for which you will have to have a driving license (as long as you want to take it yourself and do not want to be a co-pilot). We have two-seater and single-seater quads, so you can decide if you want to share the vehicle or not.

In addition to the traditional routes, we have special excursions, such as the one to the Minas del Milagro, which lasts 6 hours and includes a stop for lunch. For this we need a minimum of 5 people.

Our guided routes through the Picos de Europa will allow you to discover a wonderful environment starting from Arriondas. Also, if you have never practiced this activity, don't worry, because our instructors will be in charge of giving you a small class with which you will learn to become familiar with these vehicles and you will take control.

We will also provide you with a helmet and waterproof suit in case it rains. Rain and mud are not an impediment to practicing this activity!

Description of Aquassport Caving

With Aquassport Caving you can enjoy one of the most incredible experiences you can live. We present to you the possibility of doing an activity that will take you to know the landscapes that are hidden under the surface of the earth.

Visiting caves is an activity that will give you unique sensations thanks to the fact that you will hide underground and find long passageways in which the formations that have been produced over the years are most curious.

During the activity one of our mountain guides will be in charge of giving the group all the necessary explanations so that the activity runs perfectly. Once you have all the necessary material (suit and helmet with headlamp) we will head towards the cave.

The most spectacular cave in the Picos de Europa is the Huelga, located in Nieda (Cangas de Onís). This cave was a refuge for hunters who lived during the Upper Paleolithic, so its age means it has very special characteristics and formations.

During the tour we will be able to see a continuous stream, as well as different galleries with cat flaps and labyrinths. It could be said that the cave has 2 levels and to go from one to the other you have to descend with a rope. Depending on the level group that comes to the cave, we will stay on one level or move on to the next.

This activity lasts approximately 2 hours and we do the activity during the afternoons. It is necessary to come with comfortable clothing and hiking boots type footwear. This activity can be done from 7 years old.
