• Paintball: If you prefer to feel extreme sensations while releasing all the adrenaline you have accumulated, come to our paintball field. We have prepared a track with natural obstacles and others that we have strategically placed so that you can feel like you are in a real battle.

• Canoe descents: If what you prefer is a more fun activity, we will take you down the Sella River in an incredible canoe. You will enjoy like never before in a river full of currents and white waters that will delight adventure lovers.

Don't worry if you don't have experience in any of the sports because we won't ask for it. We just need you to be in adequate physical shape so that you can do the routes and endure the entire activity without problem.

Canoeing is a most exciting activity, especially if it is done on the wildest rivers. At Astur Aventura we want to offer you one of the most interesting and famous tours in the entire northern area of Spain.

For 12 kilometers you will follow the course of the Sella River in a most fun experience. If you come with your partner or a friend you can sail in the same canoe, although we also have single-seater canoes for those who want to make the descent setting their own course.

So that you can make the descent without having to deal with crowds, we will take you to our own pier. There we will equip you with everything you need: a life jacket, a neoprene suit and a container in which you can store the fantasticpicnic that we have prepared for this adventure.

As it is a very simple activity, we have no minimum age as long as the children come with a responsible person who is in charge of supervising them. If you want to enjoy the most famous descent in Spain, contact us and come and explore the most fun stretch of the Sella River.

If you have the b1 driving license, you will not need anything else to be able to start exploring the wildest roads in all of Asturias. You will immediately take control of the controls and in a few minutes you will be heading towards the most complicated mountains in the Arriondas area.

The quads are very safe but you will still have to wear a helmet throughout the tour and depending on the time of year we will wear a protective suit. Furthermore, so that there are no more problems, the most specialized monitors will be with you from the beginning to the end of the activity.

No special material is needed, we only recommend that you bring the most comfortable clothing you have so you can wear it under the special suit that we will leave you. Footwear is also important, so you will need shoes with a sole that grips well to the ground.

Paintball games are very fun. If you don't want to be shooting all the time, we can propose other options in which you will have to use intelligence and mischief to create strategies against the rival team.
