At Zenit Experiencias we not only offer you the most representative activities in this area of the north of the peninsula, but we also provide coverage for all of them through our facilities and the transportation that we always offer you.

We are right in the center of the town of Arriondas where you can buy what you need in its shops. Already in our center you have changing rooms and showers with hot water so that you can change comfortably and return home relaxed after an intense day full of emotion.

Some of the activities that you can request from us during the season are:

- The descent of the Sella : a classic that cannot be missed on any visit to Asturias. Dare the full 16-kilometer stretch or stay if you prefer halfway because we take care of taking you back to the starting point.

- Speleology in the caves of the Picos de Europa : conceived as a modality for the whole family so that children from the age of 10 can participate.

- Ruta del Cares and trekking : walking you can also obtain the most spectacular images of the Natural Park and one of the most reliable ways to achieve this is to follow this ancient and famous path.

If there is a suitable place to start the descent of the Sella, it is the Asturian town of Arriondas from where we have prepared your aquatic adventure in Zenit Experiencias .

You can choose the time of departure since they are available every quarter of an hour from 11 am. Keep in mind that we end with the beginning of the routes at 1:00 p.m. so that you have time to finish the descent since the law requires that no one is left navigating in the channel after 6:00 p.m. >

The tour is organized as follows:

- If you want to board it for complete, it is 16 kilometers that will take us about half a day. There is a stop in the middle of the route for those who prefer to end the activity. In that case, you will return to our facilities in the company vehicles that will also be waiting for you if you reach the finish line.

Whatever the time of your return, you have the showers and changing rooms at our center.

- It is decided between two-seater canoes, one for those who need to complete a group and three for those who go with a child in the middle of the canoe who does not exceed 12 years.

Come with Zenit Experiencias to participate in one of the most representative activities in Asturias with the descent of the Sella by kayak. We will tackle around 16 kilometers that are completed in an average time of 4 hours.

We make the itinerary more comfortable with a stop at 2 hours after having started, when we will take approximately 8 kilometers in the kayaks. Although we will always recommend that you try to reach the end of the route, where our transport awaits you to get to the starting point, you can request the return in one of the two pauses that we do.

If you return to our facilities, you can take the opportunity to recover in the showers, use the changing rooms and spend the rest of the day on one of the river beaches in the area.

Regarding the selection of the kayak there are two-seater and individual to complete groups that are not pairs. We also have some with three seats in which two adults and a child under 12 can travel at the same time.

The departure will be made in the morning from Arriondas and can be requested between 11 am and 1 pm after noon. This way you will have time to make this descent since by regulation you stop sailing at 6 pm.

With Zenit Experiencias do not stay on the surface of the Picos de Europa and go inside with us with our caving routes. These mountains are made up of limestone rock that, with the erosion of the water, have given rise to all kinds of underground formations that we now have the opportunity to know.

To facilitate the reservation of the experience we have fixed departures at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays although you can ask us if you have other preferences. We will start for this from the facilities we have in Arriondas where we prepare ourselves with the equipment that we will need to move inside the cave. We will transfer you to its entrance and we will return to the center when we have finished where you can use showers and changing rooms.

In this guided activity we will spend around 2 hours to find out more about the cavities of La Huelga or Pando. We have chosen them because they are the closest to our location since the first one is in Cangas and the second in Ribadesella.

Due to the minimum complexity of this expedition, you can participate in it from the age of 10. You must bear in mind that we will go from larger rooms to cat flats through which we will even crawl but if you want something even simpler we can prepare it for you.

With Zenit Experiencias you can follow the Ruta del Cares in one of the most popular itineraries that can be completed within the National Park that includes the Picos de Europa.

In total there are 12 kilometers of journey in which the town of Caín belonging to León is taken as the exit. We finished the adventure in Asturias at the height of Poncebos. We will follow the path that the banks of the Cares mark us for an average of 4 hours. Its unevenness is accessible by almost all the public.

While we make this excursion we will know the origins of the area, first excavated for hydraulic purposes and a shepherds' path in the first twenty of the 20th century. Its current configuration comes from the improvements to reach Cabrales due to the communication needs of the merchants.

We leave early in the day, meeting in Arriondas to get into the cars in which we will go to Caín. We will return to the starting point around 18:00 in the afternoon.
