At Aventuras en Asturias we have a large number of options to do in Oviedo and its surroundings with which you will make your free time an unforgettable adventure.

Among the thousand possibilities that we offer you, some of the favorites are:

- Canyoning: an activity that consists of descending through the canyons of a river. With it, a large number of exercises are performed within it: rappelling, swimming, climbing, etc. In addition to being an activity that tests all your physical abilities, it is also a very entertaining sport because you can slide down natural slides as if you were in an amusement park.

- Canoe trip: We make several excursions through different rivers of Asturias so that you can spend a day doing a canoe trip. This exercise can be both peaceful and exciting. This is because there are parts of the river in which the waters will be rough and the obstacles difficult to overcome and others in which you will simply row enjoying the landscape of Northern Spain.

- Speleology: we will travel to the subsoil of the Earth to discover what are the mysteries that are hidden under the ground we step on.

Get ready to live an incomparable adventure with our river descents by canoe. With this activity you will go rafting as a couple or individually to test your strength and agility and discover the different configurations that a river can have . There will be passages in which the water is calm and you will paddle without any problem and other passages of white water and stones that will get in the middle of your path and you will have to navigate without falling out of the canoe.

The tours in canoe that we do in Aventuras en Asturias are:

- Canoe on the Cares River: this river allows both the descent of raft by canoe, as well as a quiet walk visiting only the part where it contains calm waters.

- Canoe on the Deva River: Canoeing on this river can be done both as a descent of the river, passing through the different areas that it has, as well as a quiet journey enjoying the views that exist around the place .

- Canoe on the Narcea River: quiet journey specially designed for groups of families and children in which you will ride in canoes in pairs or individually observing the fauna and flora of the area.

- Canoe on the Sella River: very easy descent of the river since the current takes you practically without making any effort.

At Aventuras en Asturias we want our users to enjoy their leisure time doing activities in the same nature, without the need for great means or high technology. We want you to enjoy in the simplest and most fun way possible by showing you the thousand possibilities that exist in the natural environment itself.

We have two canyoning areas:

- Arriondas Zone: in this zone there are 4 types of descents for different levels. The monitor will assess at the beginning of the excursion the level of the canyoning group and according to this, he will take them to do one or the other. In this way, this activity can be carried out by both people who have never done it before, as well as those who are already experts, since some ravines will be easy to overcome and others will have a higher level of difficulty.

- Panes Zone: this activity will take place on the Navedo River, in the Hermida gorge, accompanied at all times by the expert monitor, and equipped with the necessary material to carry out the activity safely.

Visiting Asturias you can fall in love with its landscapes by land, but with Adventures in Asturias you will also contemplate the wonders that its surroundings reflect from the sea.

In jet ski and with guides that will go to your side, you will know Ribadesella , approaching hidden caves that you would never reach otherwise.

You will also observe the marks that the dinosaurs left on the coast where they lived. You will be amazed to see them and to know their history!

Hour and a half , of which 60 minutes will be driving, is the duration of the departure and for her it is necessary to know how to swim. As for the rest, before getting on the jet ski the monitor will explain and indicate the basics for the tour and that will suffice.

We have various schedules in the morning and afternoon, organize and come with us! With 17 years old you can already drive the motorcycle, without needing a title. For the co-drivers it is necessary to be 12 years old and all the routes will be done with a group of 9 people maximum .

Every day we will check the weather to see if we can leave and for the activity you will have vest and neoprene , the latter if necessary.

If you've always wanted to jump in bungee jumping and you've never found the perfect time to do it, Adventures in Asturias makes your dream come true in the most incredible way you can imagine.

• The meeting place is on the Vidosa bridge , in the Asturian town of Ponga , close above all to Cangas de Onís and Ribadesella , but with easy access also from Gijón , Oviedo or Potes .

• The jump is designed so that almost everyone can do it, since you do not need to be a consolidated athlete, just not to exceed 85 kilos of weight, be of age and not suffer any medical condition such as back problems or diabetes.

• The jumps begin at 5 in the afternoon. The monitor will prepare you with all the relevant safety equipment to start the most anticipated moment.

• You will jump to 20 meters over the river, and in just 3 minutes endless emotions impossible to explain will be happening throughout your body so that it stays forever.

• We recommend coming with clothes as comfortable as possible so that you can move freely.

• Book your moment-bungee jumping and remember that we don't make more than 10 jumps a day.

Asturias is a mountain paradise with perfect rural roads to make a 4x4 route . At Aventuras en Asturias we organize tours of various points throughout the province so that you can get to know the great nature that forms this region from east to west.

If you are going to be anywhere in Asturias for a few days, do not hesitate to book an experience like this. Asturian cities and towns are very complete, but the landscape is spectacular and we are very proud of it. We have 4 vehicles for the excursions: 2 Toyota Land Cruiser, a Land Rover Defender (where 8 people plus the driver can fit), and a Volkswagen Transporter 4x4 Caravelle, with the same capacity.

The routes we offer are:

• Lakes of Covadonga : leaving in the town of Cangas de Onís, where the Roman bridge still stands, we will arrive at the Enol and Ercina lakes. The viewpoints of the King and the Queen are part of this route, in which the peaks, the meadows and the lakes form a very pleasant landscape.

• Picos de Europa National Park in Cantabria and Asturias: We will stay in Arenas de Cabrales (where the famous cheese), and we will circulate along the paths of the park for 4 hours until we reach the Hermida gorge, after passing through the town of Potes.

• Ponga Natural Park : possibility of half or full day. We will leave from Cangas de Onís through the park, passing through the Balneario de las Mestas, Sobrefoz and Monte Peloño, among many other points.

• Somiedo Natural Park : from San Martín de Teverga, with a 4-hour drive, of which 1 and a half are on dirt roads. We will also admire the natural park of the Ubiñas - La Mesa.

• Three massifs of the Picos de Europa : leaving from Arriondas or Cangas de Onís, we will visit the Cornión, Urrieles and Andara massifs, treading the territory of Asturias, Cantabria and León.

• 4x4 + Hiking route : there is an option of off-road routes plus the hiking route between Caín and Poncebos.
