At Granada International Adventures we have combined the province's most interesting active leisure proposals with the most complete facilities provided by our collaborating centers so that both children of school age, as well as young people and adults can find quality options for your free time.

From this connection and with the help of a team of multidisciplinary instructors who act as coordinators and monitors, a catalog is created consisting of:

- Summer camps : in which we receive participants between the ages of 8 and 17 at the El Molino de Lecrín School Farm. They start in May, taking advantage of the weekend, and are scheduled until August with full hours or only daytime depending on the option.

- Canyoning : in sections of different levels seeking to serve all types of participants. We will go to the Río Verde, the Luna or the Lentegí Canyon.

- Kayak : for those of us who have chosen as scenery the spectacular Maro and Cerro Gordo Cliffs with excursions that begin with the appropriate explanation on the handling of the boats.

- Horseback riding and hiking : so that on foot or on the backs of these animals we can get to know the Mammoth Route, the Padul Wetlands or the forests that surround the Dúrcal river.

The Granada International Adventures monitors are going to teach you the different modes of progression that a ravine requires through several of the main canyons of this Andalusian province and its surroundings.

For this we provide you with a team of material that has been previously certified in order to guarantee the safety of the entire group. You will wear the head protected by a helmet, the body by a full neoprene and your things will remain safe from water in a watertight drum. Prepared in this way we will face:

- El Río Verde : we will find it in the Sierra de Almijara, just in its eastern part. It offers us the right flow for this sport throughout the year and adapts well to any level. The section begins at the height of Caños Cruzados.

- The Lentegí River : for which we will meet in the Tropical Valley that is located between the town that gives its name to this channel and Otívar. It has no restriction on dates but its requirement reflected in imposing jumps and rappels of remarkable length must be taken into account.

- The Moon River : in the interior of the province, going south, we will cross this ravine in the Lecrín Valley. It is very comfortable when approaching in our vehicles which we can leave right at the starting point of the canyon. It is not complicated and offers us tests that will surprise any canyonist such as the Tibetan bridge that it has.

Spend a day sailing among the popular spots of the Cliffs Natural Park with Granada International Adventures . We only have to get closer to this point between Nerja and Maro to start an experience that we will do kayaking.

We have created an option that allows the participation of both adults and children, which makes it accessible to all types of groups. It goes like this:

- After the presentations and the distribution of material to be used, consisting of a boat with one or more seats and one paddle per participant, we will listen to the indications of our instructor. In order for us to be well prepared for the journey, he will explain to us from how to enter the water with the kayak to how to use the paddle to advance or change direction, coordinating with our partner.

- We will advance through the surrounding waters observing the caves that remain in our path, the caves that make their way from the interior of the earth and the waterfalls that dot the entire landscape. It will be common for us to meet numerous gulls that have made this space their main habitat.

At Granada International Adventures we collaborate with the La Laguna Equestrian Center team to expand our activities and give you the opportunity to participate in a horse ride in the Lecrín Valley.

The route always remains under the direction of one of the qualified equestrian instructors since they are the ones who are best prepared to serve all types of riders. This allows children and adults with experience or not in the world of horse riding to attend. The main values of the area that we will visit are:

- His identification with the mammoth : what is most surprising to most of the people who come here is the intense relationship that the locality has with this animal, as a result of the location of fossils that have been attributed.

- The wetlands of La Laguna : an internationally recognized area that today is a bird protection area due to the importance of the numerous species that coexist here. We will be within the scope of the Sierra Nevada National Park, which will give you an idea of the landscape quality that we will have in front of us.

While we ride we will talk about the characteristics of what is left in our path.

The Granada International Adventures location allows us to have within reach the best locations for hiking in this part of Andalusia. We accompany you on itineraries that we have planned thinking about the tastes of those who visit us:

- The Mammoth Route : a path without difficulty calculated to be completed in just under 2 hours. Part of the El Aguadero Nature Classroom to follow a section that will take us to finish the adventure in the Padul Lagoon.

During its course we will see what type of vegetation it is composed of and what birds have made these places their home. However, the most representative of this excursion are the sites of Ibero-Roman origin that are combined with the samples of the existence of woolly mammoths in the past.

- Nico Molina Route : it is done ascending the course of the Dúrcal. The course of this river offers us a journey of a medium level of difficulty along paths that cross forests and a landscape where scrubland predominates. It will be more than 10 kilometers that usually lasts 3 hours.

- The Divine Mystery : we will meet at the San José Cemetery to commemorate the Nasrid history while we walk through the Dehesa del Generalife or the Abbey of Sacromonte. It highlights the importance of water in the development of these and other architectural elements.

At Granada International Adventures we prepare camps with English in the complex provided by the El Molino de Lecrín school farm. We offer several alternatives for the summer months that have in common the intention of introducing our young participants to the natural values of this part of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia between the sea and the mountains.

During the days that they will stay with us, we will approach points such as the Dúrcal riverbed, the Cliffs of Maro and Cerro Gordo or the Alpujarras through their gastronomy. These programs:

- They are organized at the end of June and in August : the first option lasts for 6 days and the second for 7 days. For stays in the month of August, the option of assistance only during the day is available from 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

- They incorporate activities in English : taught over 90 minutes daily, except for the days in which we make special outings that will take us all day.

- They involve an approach to adventure activities : with routes on horseback, hiking in the environment and workshops in which related aspects are worked.

With Granada International Adventures there are options to enjoy camping in nature from the beginning of spring until summer reaches its last weeks. They are coexistence that outdoor activities and sports have in common, each with the following characteristics:

- Primavera en el Molino : we prepare them at the beginning of May to welcome the good weather with participants from 8 to 17 years old. They will have 3 days, from Friday to Sunday, in which they will get to know the farm and its facilities, visit the La Laguna Horse Riding, and share games and evenings.

- Summer in El Molino : which takes place during the 6 days of the last week of June on a full board basis. Each day begins at 8.30 am with breakfast that will prepare participants for excursions and multi-adventure games in natural spaces. They will have daily contact with English.

- August in the Mill : during the second half of this month this camp begins, which can be chosen in full board, during the 7 days it lasts, with the day camp as a day camp. According to this option, the children will go to the complex at 9:30 a.m. each day and will return to their homes around 8:00 p.m.
