Lacunza Summer Camps

Lacunza Summer Camp besides being a complete camp, it is the place where your children have fun, learn and live with other participants. We provide an international climate very close to San Sebastián, only 10 kilometers from the city.

Our students have been making new friends for over 11 years and learning Spanish or English. We have 60% local students and 40% international.

Our camp has three different formats, we try to adapt to the needs of parents and children. That is why you can choose the one that is most suitable and then customize it, or even mix them. These are the three options:

All are aimed at boys and girls between 7 and 15 years old .

• Academic Camp : Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 14:00. It consists of 15h of weekly classes, lunch and an hour of theater or sports so that they can play in the chosen language.
• Camp Day Camp : at the same time as the previous one. We extend the mornings with the most fun activities: crafts, gymkhanas, theme weeks, games and sports.
• Residential Camp: from Saturday to Saturday. The best way to achieve language immersion. With excursions both on Saturday and Sunday to discover Guipúzcoa and do sports in the middle of nature.

We also have Premium activities in the afternoons for children who are looking for even more! Surf 6h a week, or Junior Chef another 6h!

If you are between 7 and 15 years old, you can enjoy this camp from June 22 to July 27. They will be monitored 24 hours a day by our monitors in a very international environment.

In our camp they will:

• Language courses : we offer the best teachers for you to learn languages in an enjoyable and effective way. Among the languages we teach are English, in addition to Spanish. These classes will be in the morning and then they will continue learning with activities in that language.

• Sports : we have courts in our facilities where you can play football, basketball or volleyball. We also have a pool to cool off in the summer.

• Multi-adventure activities : activities surrounded by nature in the Donostia area. Among the activities they will do kayaking, archery, hiking or horseback riding.

• Crafts : we have workshops of all kinds for the little ones to have fun learning in which we will use different types of materials.

• Theme days : we will enhance their imagination with the realization of daily days in which children will dress up as pirates, imitate their fictional heroes or play at being some very special hairdressers. Also pajama parties.

• Excursions : they will visit museums, beaches, the aquarium or they will go to places like Santa Clara Island or Monte Igeldo.

• Special nights : in which there will be time to share stories, movies and music.

Our team of professionals is qualified to teach language classes in an entertaining way and so that the student feels integrated into the group. We also have two Study Directors at the Camp to monitor the progress of the students. Each activity can be carried out for different levels, as well as classes. The monitor will be attentive to each of the little ones so that they interact with others easily.

We offer a very varied food menus so that you do not have any problems when eating. Also, if you decide to bring a mobile phone, you can talk on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays.

From Monday to Friday, between 9:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. your child can come to the urban camps that Lacunza Summer Camps brings you.

If you worry about your son's future, and you don't want him to waste time in the summer doing nothing, join our school where he will learn languages and practice some fun activities. I have two study directors in the Camp to monitor the progress and study of our students.

• Languages: we have been teaching English for more than 50 years. We have the best teachers and a suitable methodology for your child to make the most of the summer hours. We teach English and Spanish classes, so our camp is a total linguistic immersion.

• Activities: a large number of activities that students will carry out at the end of the theoretical classes. They can play soccer, basketball, and volleyball, or go swimming, kayaking, hiking, and archery.

To further facilitate access to our school, we have bus service to pick up minors in the area. We know that in summer you can be busy and we don't want there to be no problem.

If your child is between 7 and 15 years old he will be able to sign up for this camp in which the classes and activities will be aimed at all levels. We have all the necessary material for these. Your child will have a great time and take advantage of the summer.

This summer we have prepared a novelty that will enchant the little football fans of the houses. Lacunza comes to our soccer camp in English where all children between 4 and 16 years old can participate.

• The campus takes place at La Salle school, in San Sebastián , where together with the prestigious youth club Antiguoko KE , we will practice this mass sport while we practice English at all times.

• You can choose between the three options that we give you: in the morning, for full days or residential. In either case, you can choose 1 week or 2.

• Every day the boys will train with international professionals so immersion in English is a fact. In addition, for 2 hours they will work on a project that will help them not only to improve in the language but also to work on other skills such as teamwork, leadership or public speaking, so important for our daily social relationships.

• We have the same sports and language plan for the opposite case, in Spanish , for those students who come from outside the country.
