Climbing is a sport which attracts many fans because it is an acitivity with direct contact with the nature, and if you think this is what your team work needs, we suggest you come to climb to Guadalajara, just 34 miles off Madrid. We will specifically go to Pinar de Sigüenza, Santamera and Viana de Jadraque.

It is focused to you and your partners to enjoy a plan outdoor where fellowship and self-overcoming turn into important values which will help you improve the work environment. It will be a very safe plan, because we will ease the equipment required for your security (harness, rope and helmet) and you will be supervised by a professional instructor who, apart of ensure your safety, will be responsible for teaching you some secrets about this extraordinary sport.

There is not only a physical component, where you train your arms and feet, but also includes a mental support because you have a challenge: to overcome the limits which gives nature, where you can hook on the boulder and put your feet right so it supposes a win in your battle with the rock. You should also learn to control the breath and above all wear comfortable clothes and shoes to have more freedom in your movement.

You must come in a group of up to 60 people, and you will enjoy together a healthy sport in field to disconnect from the routine and relax in a quiet environment.
