From the age of 14, and with ample hours, you will be able to attend this underwater baptism in a privileged environment.

The place where we will have contact with the Castro Urdiales coast will be in the San Guillén ramp, perfect to start the baptism of diving.

The baptism of diving activity begins with a short theoretical introduction about basic techniques and immersion areas and then continues with the practice. Next, we will teach the material and learn about its correct use to, finally, begin the immersion that will last between 30 and 40 minutes.

You will learn everything necessary so that you can dive again in total safety but knowing that your first contact with this sport was in a place as spectacular as the Cantabria Coast.
