apnea is one of the most extreme water sports and to do it you must have skills and a great deal of practice that allows you to hold your breath in the water for minutes.

If you are one of those who have always wanted to know what it feels like to dive on the seabed and meet the wonderful creatures that live in it, we bring you the perfect plan. A freediving course in Palamós in which you will not only enjoy several dives in the water, but you will also learn everything about freediving and become an officially certified freediver.

The course will last 2 days and there will be a theoretical part in which our teachers will dynamically teach you the basic concepts and strong>breathing and relaxation techniques so that you feel safe in the sea once you dive into it.

Once you have learned all this, the fun part begins. You have to put your knowledge into practice! And you will do it by performing the finning and compensation methods that you will have to know almost like the back of your hand, because when you finish the course you will carry out a final evaluationthat you will have to pass to have your certificate and thus be able to descend in open waters to a depth of 20 meters.
