Stress and Rescue Diver in Tossa de Mar

To take the Stress & Rescue Diver course, you must have at least the Open Water certificate, 15 years old, a medical certificate that certifies you as suitable for underwater activities and the complete diving equipment. In addition, it is very important that you are certified in an updated form in first aid since we will dedicate this course to the aquatic part.

Once you have accredited that you have the requirements in this course we will see within the agenda, the causes that generate stress in the water and prevention, we will learn to detect it in time and fight it, also you will study the protocols of action in case of accidents in situations of panic, we will proceed to the rescue or self-rescue. Because as important as the others are ourselves.

This course includes 3 open water dives. And in case you want to get the Master Diver certification, this course is essential.
