Do you want to learn to dive with an express baptism? Well, our 5 hour Basic Open Water Diver courses that we teach in the southern area of Tenerife is the answer to the lack of time in your busy schedule. A lesson that is designed for small groups, of 8 people maximum. You will have 1 monitor for every 2 students maximum.
This baptism of diving is very complete, since it has a theoretical-practical lesson of 40 minutes to learn the ins and outs of this underwater sport. And it also includes2 shore dives*. The first is a first contact and in the second, when you will be more solvent, you will enjoy it a lot.
This area of the island's coast is incredible and if you are lucky (we cannot control nature) you can even enjoy a sighting experience of unique species (such as rays, manta rays and sea turtles), unforgettable volcanic landscapes (arches, caverns and reefs) or even sunken ships.
But the best of all is that by doing this training you will have the opportunity to perform the basic exercises that correspond to the first day of the Open Water Diver SSI course. Thus, beginners will have the opportunity to dive on their own in shallow waters up to 12 meters deep, under the supervision of an instructor.
The exact area in which this training for divers will take place will be decided based on the weather conditions on the day of the reservation and the needs of the group. Among the following options: the Playa de las Vistas, the Radazul or Tabaiba beach, the Bufadero, the Cueva de las Morenas, the Balito, the cove of Montaña Amarilla, Las Eras or Abades, Los Snorers of the Faro and the Condesito.

A couple of days ago my partner and I did 2 dives in the same day, the first being a baptism.
We thought that the second dive was from the boat and seeing turtles as it says in the offer, but when we arrived at the center they told us that it is not like that anymore, that disappointed us a bit at first since it was one of the reasons why we took this pack , they explained to us that it is no longer done that way because from experience to dive for the first time they have seen that people do not dare or enjoy boat diving.
However, our experience without a boat was fantastic, Erion, who is the instructor, explains things brilliantly, everything was understood very well, it shows that he is a very good instructor, it was also like going diving with a friend, not only professional but he made us feel safe throughout the dive.
At the end of the experience we were able to meet Jorge and Amara, it was also a pleasure to meet them. My partner and I were left with the desire to experience what the offer said, so we told Amara about the issue and she understood us and suggested we do a better dive trying to see the turtles.
A few days later we repeated the dive that Amara had proposed to us despite the fact that we could not see the turtles in the new area (it is something that cannot be controlled), this new area was very beautiful, wide, had many caves, even a small statue and we were able to enjoy a new experience.
Before diving, my partner was very afraid and after having tried diving he was able to overcome his fear and even want to continue diving in the future, it has been a very nice experience as a couple and as a companionship.

Incredible experience! The world of diving is a wonderful sensation, but on top of that when instructors like Amara teach it to you, you leave delighted.
Everything was perfect, Amara super nice, attentive at all times. You learn a lot from the course, it's not like other baptism scams, here they teach you how to set up your equipment and start with the basics of diving.
My boy also had problems in the immersion due to his ears and the truth is that he was super attentive, controlling the situation at all times, and making you feel safe.
