Do you want to discover that seabed that is talked about so much in the Canary Islands? Do it with us, we assure you a safe dive, with top quality equipment and highly experienced instructors. Sign up for the diving baptism that you will do from the coast, specifically from theLos Cristianos Beach. And, who knows, if you like the experience you can repeat it on a trip from the boat.
We will leave from the center, from there we will take you to the selected beach, Los Cristianos, to practice the immersion. But, not before receiving a theoretical and practical class on how to use the equipment, the basic rules of diving, an explanation of compensation techniques, buoyancy, how to empty the mask and control the regulator to be able to breathe comfortably underwater. You will also learn to communicate during the immersion.
This process will take us approximately between 15 and 30 minutes.
During the dive, no more than 6 meters deep, lasting between 45 and 60 minutes approximately.
Our instructors will show you the different marine species that you will find at the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean. They will also tell you how to interact with them, collecting photographs and videos of the wonders you will find during the dive.
After this experience, we will return to the diving center and, if required, to the participants' accommodation.
*From 8 years of age you can participate in this immersion.
**It is essential to know how to swim and not suffer any type of health problem incompatible with diving.
- Theoretical/practical class
- Private instructor (maximum two people per instructor)
- Complete equipment less than 1 year old (fins, booties, wetsuit, vest, regulator and mask)
- 12L or 15L air bottle (depending on the size of the participant) charged to 200 bars.
- Transportation to the immersion area
- Immersion no more than 4-8 meters deep
- Accident and civil liability insurance
- Discount on the baptism fee for the first diving course
The activity will take place for 2 hours and 30 minutes. Of which, between 30 and 50 minutes will be allocated to the immersion itself.
*The duration of the dive will depend on the air consumption of the participants. There will be no preset maximum time.
Diving baptism can be done from 9:30 in the morning to 7:00 p.m. Check schedule availability.
Transportation service, from the center, to the diving area (round trip).
We also organize pickups to accommodations that are within a 5 km radius of the center at no additional charge.

The experience was a 10. My first partner did great but I, who was afraid, was able to do it thanks to Amara, and the confidence she conveyed.
Explanation prior to the activity was very complete and security was conveyed throughout the experience.
