We think there must have been some kind of misunderstanding because on our route through medieval Madrid all our guides tell the story of why there is a strawberry tree on the shield and where that story comes from.
The problem is that just at that point there was a stir over a photo that a participant showed related to the shield and perhaps in that mistake the explanation was not heard.
