Guided visit to the Palace of Aranjuez 2 hours

Built as a house for kings during the spring, the Royal Palace of Aranjuez stands in an environment surrounded by nature. A construction that will amaze you both with the architecture of its exterior and the beauty of its interior decoration. We will take you on a guided tour to learn about the history that resides between its doors for 2 hours. What about the outside? We will also tour its gardens.

We will stay at the Plaza de Parejas Square to begin the tour at the Palace's courtyard. From the centre of this location you will see for yourselves the grandeur of a building that the Catholic Monarchs recovered in the fifteenth century.

When we access the interior, you will observe a clear baroque decoration,  and traces of the kings' taste for neo trends. What will we see? Among other artistic curiosities, Francis Duke of Cadis' smoke room, a work by the painter Rafael Contreras.

The visit will continue in the Official Dining Room. In this area of the palace you will walk on stucco floors and contemplate, above your heads, splendid Italian ceilings from the time in which Ferdinand VI resided. You will also have the opportunity to see the Porcelain Cabinet commissioned by Carlos III.

From the inside we will move onto the outside, where we will visit an area of the gardens that will take us to the Royal Falúas. These were the recreational boats used by the kings to navigate the mighty Tagus river.
