Hiking route through the Inagua Nature Reserve 6hrs

Get ready to walk through one of the natural paradises of the Canary archipelago. During 6 hours you will get to know the most impressive places in Gran Canaria. We will leave by taxi from the Aldea de San Nicolás to the Degollada de Tasarte, from where the route will begin around the surroundings of the Inagua Nature Reserve

We will walk along the path that covers the Andén de la Escalera, this path ascends along the slope of the volcano that gave birth to Gran Canaria more than 14 years ago million years. We will continue along this path enjoying the different landscapes in which the ashy colors of the volcanic soil mix with the green tones from the vegetation.

This trail will leave us at the Viso summit, from where we look out more than 900 meters high into its interior, to admire the imposing caldera it hides. If we look towards the Inagua Natural Reserve, we will observe the entire island, enjoying seeing other peaks from the heights such as the Caldera de Tejeda, Roque Nublo, Los Cedros or even we can appreciate the majesty of Teide from Gran Canaria.

Once we have conquered the top, we will descend through the Blanquizal and the Azulejos, admiring the large turquoise slopes that protect the Cueva del Mediodía , where our route will have come to an end.
