We've prepared for you an innovative training program known as Aquapaddle, in which you'll exercise in Alicante in the most fun way.
Aquapaddle is a variation of paddle surfing in which, following the rhythm of the music, we'll be doing a series of exercises to work on your muscles, strength, and cardiovascular capacity.
This Aquapaddle session lasts an entire hour. The instructor will be telling you the exercises you're going to do whilst correcting your postures to make them perfect.
Since we do this activity in small groups, you'll have our full attention. We won't miss anything!
