Baptism of Stand Up Paddle Surf in Calpe 90 min

Are you ready to practice this fun and popular sport? With this first paddling surf experience that we organize in Calpe or Denia. You will find the health benefits that this stand-up paddle offers you. This is considered a non-stressful sport and will help you to improve your physical condition.

A qualified monitor will help you to learn all the basic techniques needed to do this activity, which is very recommended if you want to sail on your own but first you need the help of our monitors. We will start with a small theoretical class where we will explain all the basic concepts such as:

• In order to practice this activity, we will have to keep in mind the importance of the climate conditions.

• Recommended use of these materials.

For 1 hour and a half, we will be practicing all the theoretical concepts we learned. All the time, you will be accompanied by a monitor who will help you to improve your level.

We provide you with all the paddle surf material: board, row, and leash. In case you bring your kids we also have lifejackets.

Once you have done this activity you will get pictures and videos so you can remember your whole life your first time doing this sport.
