Get out of the routine and enjoy your day at the beach in a different way with a paddle surf class, one of the most fashionable water activities, and explore the waters of the Costa Blanca with us.

This SUP class lasts approximately 1 hour and a half, where our experienced instructors and graduates will transmit all the basic knowledge to familiarize you in depth with the stand up paddle. They will teach you to work on your balance on the board, to adopt the proper and safest posture and to coordinate your movements to paddle correctly.

In this way, you will gain autonomy for your next outings when the sea is calm or with "flat waters" as it is known in the world. We will do it in the following way:

• Explaining the characteristics of the equipment that is made up of a board, which looks like a surfboard but is much larger and more stable, and a paddle.

• Telling you what are the security measures that you must attend to when you are in the water.

• Indicating how to position yourself well on the board while they are balanced on it standing up with the paddle in their hands.
