The paddle surf class will be taught for 1.5 hours, enough time for you to internalize the necessary knowledge to go sailing on your own. We will teach you to position yourself well on the board, to paddle with maximum efficiency and to interpret the sea current so that you do not use more energy.
We will provide you with the complete equipment, board and paddle. Also, if you don't want to come alone and you are thinking of doing the course with your family or friends, come. The minimum age is 8 years old and the physical condition required is low. It is about learning to enjoy the sea with a healthy and fun sport.
