Now you can learn one of the most relaxing and simple nautical sports, with this course of 2 hours in Alicante . It is the activity of paddle surfing , a combination of surfing and canoeing that attracts many adventurers and provides intense pleasure. Come discover a wonderful technique that will surely hook you!

From the hand of a certified instructor , you will learn all the details of the exercise so that later you can launch yourself to live your own journey on the board. Keep in mind that it is an activity that you can do both on fresh and salty waters. In our center we will give you the material: board and paddle and we will guide you to the beach.

The course will begin with a brief theoretical explanation in which we will teach you the parts of SUP and rowing, the origin of the sport and other interesting considerations. Then we will warm up with stretching exercises in order to prepare you for sailing.

Once at sea, the adrenaline begins. It is time to practice what you have learned! Maintaining your balance you must be able to perform maneuvers and let yourself be carried away by the force of the current. Remember that the teacher will always be watching you, making sure you learn as much as possible.
