In Campello awaits a plan that provides you with the calm you need in your relaxing days: the Stand Up Paddle Surf (SUP), otherwise known as paddle-surfing.

This activity consists of jumping in a wide board, to gain equilibrium and with an oar rowing on the shore or sea inside.

To learn the technique, we offer you a course to learn how to move and control the oar and how to keep your balance. This course will last 2 hours, enough time to manage very well and enjoy the sea with the boards we provide you in the centre.

During the course, we will learn how to acquire the correct paddle-surfing position, and how to paddle in the water to propel you as much as possible, as well as teach you how to do some basic turns on the sea, and how to control the direction on board.

You can practise it with any person you want, even children can enjoy this activity, it does not require big efforts and it is very easy to learn.
