Very bad communication with the company. We do not go for a possible case of Covid. We notified the monitor only 12 hours before, so we lost the reservation due to their policy, but it is when one of us became ill, we cannot decide this.
They could have said one of the 2 would come or that the person who was healthy came with another partner but instead, when communicating our situation they only said "Ok".
