Cercedilla is the municipality where the Ski Museum is located, the large space dedicated to snow and all the sports carried out in it. This place, the only one in the country that collects information of this kind in such a specialized way, will delight those fans of skiing and the rest of the activities that take place in the white cloak.
Within its walls you will find exhibitions that cover the history of snow sports, from its origins to how they have evolved to this day. You will also be able to witness an exhibition on the Sierra de Guadarrama, a space where the beginnings of skiing took place in our country, as well as a space dedicated to Paquito Fernández Ochoa, the recognized first national winner of a medal in this sport.
With an area of 120 square meters, you can find interesting temporary exhibitions of various themes in our museum, always related to snow sports. We also organize guided outings on some weekends of each month, such as the Senda del Agua or visits to Cercedilla in which to explore all its cultural offerings.
