Rafting is a water sport that consists of a descent in rough water aboard an inflatable boat directed by a specialized guide in the field. The capacity of the boat is 4 people.

If you paddle with skill and follow the instructions of the monitor at all times, you will enjoy a frantic descent and above all, a lot of fun.

At Assua Activa Rafting we carry out our routes on the Noguera Pallaresa river, one of the largest in the entire mountainous system of the Pyrenees. You will be able to enjoy all the force of the river current and above all the exceptional landscape that this area of the Spanish geography offers us.

There are 4 different sections, depending on the level of difficulty you are looking for:

Assua Activa Hidrospeed brings you closer to the practice of one of the newest water sports

Hydrospeed consists of descending a river with a small sled, which allows us to descend through whitewater, letting ourselves be carried away by the force of the water that comes from the Pyrenean mountains.

Unlike rafting, hydrospeed is an individual discipline. The body is lying on the sled and the legs are submerged in the water in order to direct our course thanks to the fins with which we will be equipped.

Before starting the descent, the guides will carry out a short theoretical demonstration of the technique to be used during the activity. The monitors will make the descent at the same time as the participants, but instead of using the sled, they will descend in kayaks, marking the route to follow at all times.

- We will go to the appropriate area for takeoff which will depend on the wind direction on the same day since the paraglider depends directly on this factor.

- Once in the air, the paraglider will keep us above the selected area in a calm flight but full of sensations since in the paraglider no element is interposed between your body and the environment.

With Àssua Activa Bungee Jumping you can jump from the Catalan Pyrenees . The facilities that we use as a base are located in Pallars Sobirá. This point will serve as an appointment to go to the usual place for the jump.

- Bungee jumping is a regulated activity that cannot be carried out in any location, it must be carried out on authorized bridges. This way we guarantee your safety since we know well the place, the material and the points where we make the anchors.

- Be aware that you are facing an extreme sport and you must be clear that it is your thing. Of course, we assure you that you will not regret it. While we equip you with a harness and attach you to the ropes, we will tell you how to move and behave.

- Forget legends, you will not suffer a dangerous pull on the body because the material is designed for it. Nor will you have excess rope so that you impact against the ground or water, if we are on top of a river, because we have calculated it to the millimeter.
