What river sections can I descend in Rafting in Sort?

- Rafting from Sort to Montardit. This is the central area of the Noguera Palleresa River and has a section of intermediate difficulty, perfect for those who have already tried some other rafting route before. The beginning is serene until we come across La Lavadora, a first level IV rapid that will prepare you for what awaits. After this part, you will reach the fifth kilometre of this itinerary and that is when the exciting part begins, as you approach the most fun white waters of the whole river. You will find the Quatre Llarg, a 3 kilometer rapid, La Sirga, La Isla, the Cuatro Español and Les Estissores. They are all windows of whitewater that are so intense and strong, that they even have a first and last name.

- Rafting in Llavorsí to Collegats. Taking on a rafting route from Llavorsí to Collegats is synonymous with tackling a large stretch of the Noguera Pallaresa. As you would practically be completing the entire course of the river that runs through the Pallars de Sobirà region, this is quite the feat. This descent is approximately 40 kilometres long and what you will find is perfect for releasing a lot of adrenaline. With this section, you not only cross the same rapids as on the previous route, but you'll also see class 5 white water, such as El Pastís and La Víbora. In addition, you will enter the natural landscape of the Collegats Gorge, a beautiful canyon embraced by colossal cliffs that are over 100 metres high. You will also see the natural monument that inspired Gaudí to design the Sagrada Familia.

- Rafting from Llavorsí to Rialp. This route is considered the most emblematic in Lleida and is 14 kilometres long. It is perfect because anyone can try it, in summer when the flow is not very strong, even 6-year-olds can accompany you, however, the rest of the year 12-year-olds can come. The environment is beautiful, and it perfectly alternates calm stretches with choppy white waters. - Rafting from Llavorsí to Sort. This is a similar route to the previous one, where you will go through practically the same rapids. But the difference is that you will reach the town of Sort and visit the Aigüerola Slalom Course, a renowned facility in Europe that hosts world championships in water sports such as kayaking.

- Rafting from Baro to Figuereta. Last but not least, we must talk about the section from Baro to Figuereta, a rafting route of incredible scenic value. It is located in the middle of the natural landscape of the Pyrenees and is considered one of the most beautiful places. This section also alternates smooth parts with sudden changes to white water. But here, we must highlight the enchanting surroundings, as there will also be stretches where we will enter canyons with large walls that almost touch the sky.
