Surfing is one of the best sports to disconnect from everything. Sometimes it seems impossible to feel a connection with nature and even more so with the sea, but when practicing this sport, those who have tried it say that they have never experienced the same sensations. With surfing you are the sea and you.

It is a sport that tests all your senses and your ability to concentrate and mental strength. There is nothing like daring to challenge the sea itself.

At the Laredo Nautical Base we teach surf classes for all levels. Our instructors are experts in different water sports and have years of experience teaching classes and practicing these activities. We adapt to the wishes of each user. If you want to participate for the first time in a surfing baptism.

To experience for the first time what it is like to get on a board, we offer initiation classes or one-day sessions so that you have the possibility of experiencing it and deciding if you want to continue learning or leave it as just a one-day baptism. For those who want to improve technique and specialize, we also have classes adapted to this.

With the Laredo Nautical Base you can arrange guided tours that will take you through every corner of the municipality.
You will learn both about its history and its evolution as a city, as well as its culture and natural environment.

Some of the guided tour packs are:

- Visit Laredo on the weekend for groups + Gastronomic menu: we will visit the old area of Laredo and later get on a boat and take a ride in the immensity of the sea. To finish, we will go to the most artistic area of Laredo to see the Palace buildings among other important monuments. We will stop to rest and have a great menu at one of the most famous restaurants in Laredo.

- Visit Laredo on the weekend for groups + Deluxe Menu: same trip but with a special menu in one of the best restaurants in Laredo.

- Visit Laredo during the week for groups +gastronomic menu: we will visit the old town and the new town of Laredo. A boat ride to enjoy the waters of the Cantabrian Sea and a very complete menu of typical Cantabrian food.
