You can perform:

Mountain activities : aimed at professionals and amateurs . They adapt to your level. Among them are:

• Hiking: make routes on foot through the countryside or the mountains. We recommend doing some of the excursions in winter to appreciate the visual spectacle that snow offers in these landscapes.

• Climbing : climb rock faces, steep slopes or other inhospitable terrain and measure yourself against nature. Quite a challenge.

• Via Ferrata : Itinerary of difficult access in which you will have to have various materials such as handrails, zip lines or suspension bridges to reach your goal.

• Speleology : Discover the underworld as you go through caves of different levels. A unique experience.

This sport is usually carried out in the c canyons or ravines of a river so its route is a very varied and may differ from day to day due to the physical characteristics and climatic conditions of the landscape.

Rappels, slides, pools and jumps will be your enemy to beat and to defeat them you only have your physical form and some small instruments such as ropes and zip lines .

We have several spaces specially designed to practice this sport. Some of the ones that stand out the most for their beauty are:

• The Jorox ravine , a medium difficulty route. One of the most enjoyable in the region. Of those who do hobby !.

• Rio Grande. In the heart of the Sierra de las Nieves, the jewel in the crown, one of the most beautiful lost corners of Andalusia.

• Río Verde, in Otivar . Located in the Sierra de Tejeda Natural Park, it is characterized by its large ravines and limestone peaks that are practically unreachable. Some fans demonize " Canyons Paradise ", guess why.

• The Verde Gorge , one of the most spectacular canyons in the area. It receives its name from the lush vegetation that surrounds it. Quite a visual spectacle.

At Desinmás we are delighted to offer you one of the mountain activities that are causing a sensation in recent times : the via ferrata .

It is a itinerary with vertical and horizontal terrain that is carried out with specialized equipment to guarantee the safety of the fans. All along the route you will find a steel cable and participants must be equipped with a harness with energy dissipation and carabiners to avoid risks of falling.

In order to access some of the land, you will have to go through hanging bridges or use handrails and zip lines , so fun is guaranteed.

Some of the places where we develop this activity are:

• The Tajo de Ronda via ferrata , located in a place of great beauty, is perfect to start in this sport.

• The Gaucín via ferrata , runs downhill almost entirely, so the sensation of vertigo is accentuated .

• The Igualeja via ferrata , of medium - high difficulty as it has several collapsed sections . Only suitable for the brave.

• The Benadalid via ferrata , with a drop of 80 meters. At the top you will be able to contemplate one of the most amazing views of the Genal valley .
