Guías Roca y Agua works from Alquézar at the foot of the Sierra de Guara and in the Valle de Benasque in Huesca with a wide range of activities and courses through the impressive ravines and mountains that populate this area of the Aragonese Pyrenees.

Roca y Agua is your guide through the impressive natural rock landscapes of the ravines of the Sierra de Guara in the Pre-Pyrenees of Huesca. Its high concentration of routes through its incredible canyons is an invitation for you to come and explore them and learn a little more about canyoning.

With our canyoning courses we will teach you step by step all the skills you need to face the numerous difficulties that assail us on these exciting journeys.

On the one hand, we do initiation courses for those who are trying this activity for the first time and for those who are looking to retrain after a period of inactivity.

The advanced canyoning course is the natural evolution that you should follow if you have become hooked on this sport. We will undertake large waterfalls and jumps and long rappels through the most spectacular ravines in Guara.

Both courses have a duration of 2 days with all the material included.

And also guided activities through the canyons for half a day or a full day through a long list of canyons available. Depending on your level we can take you to one or the other.

• To enjoy the best alpine skiing while learning to make quick turns on long, steep slopes, we have exceptional ski classes at the Cerler in the Benasque valley.

• Choose the system that best suits you and start skiing with our team of instructors through the extensive ski area of the Cerler resort.

• We have private classes where you can fully enjoy the teacher's explanations from 1 hour to 4 hours per day.

• While with the collective courses you will be placed in a group of similar level to yours with 2, 2 hours and 30 minutes and 3 hours a day.

• We also have courses on weekends with 2 and a half hours each day.

• You can book classes as many days as you need to reach the level you have set for yourself.

Roca y Agua has the most varied climbing courses and progression days on walls in the ravines of the Sierra de Guara in the Pre-Pyrenees of Huesca . It is never too late for you to learn the techniques that will take you to the top of the mountain.

You can choose between all these climbing courses:

• Sports climbing: You will learn the progression techniques of the currently most widespread type of climbing where we climb conditioned.
• Classic climbing: Unlike sport climbing, in this traditional variant we must open the routes as we gain height along the rock.
• Climbing on ridges: Very spectacular variant with which we learn to undertake climbing various very unique and steep rock formations.
• Ice climbing: Modality to be done only in winter on incredible ice walls in shady areas using crampons and ice axes.

We also have specific climbing courses for people with experience in this world. Courses related to climbing equipment and rope management.

Each type of climbing has a beginner and an advanced level.

We also have sessions for people with a proven level undertaking all types of expeditions through the Guara ravines.

You can choose between several levels of ferrata, for people who want to start and for those who already know their way of progression.

As long as you do not suffer from vertigo, you are fully capable of putting on a harness, a rope and a helmet, climbing walls and climbing step by step on the ladders nailed to the walls.

You will have to pass through longTibetan bridges, high walls and iron stairs that will take you through magnificent ravines for several hours.

There are some alternative routes to escape certain sections that you may not be able to pass. But this is only in case you get overwhelmed, because once you are fully on the route, you will be so excited that you will just want to follow its progression.
