Hípica Castellar

Just 35 kilometers from the center of Barcelona by car, in Castellar del Vallés, is the Hípica Castellar. This equestrian center is a riding school and horse farm founded by several Sevillian ranchers and a Catalan rider who wanted to bring their passion for horses to everyone.

It offers all types of services related to riding centers such as:

- Horseback riding routes: they are carried out around the area and always in the company of a qualified instructor. The duration and difficulty can be adapted to the experience of the riders. It is an ideal activity to do as a couple or with children.

- Equestrian Camps: these camps are designed for children to learn everything about the world of horses during their school holidays. Horse riding classes are combined with other activities more typical of summer camps such as gymkhanas, games, crafts...

- Riding school: Riding classes are given for all ages and all levels. Classes are normally in groups, although individual classes can also be booked.

- Boarding service, purchase/sale of horses, etc.

Hípica Castellar Rutas a Caballo is located in the Barcelona town of Castellar del Vallés, just 35 minutes by car from the city of Barcelona and a quarter of an hour from Sabadell.

This is an equestrian event that aims to bring the world of horses closer to everyone. To this end, in addition to the services of an equestrian center (polishing, riding school, etc.), they also offer the possibility of horse riding routes around the area. This is a very good plan. No prior experience is required, as the horses are perfectly trained and used to dealing with people. Riders with a little more experience can trot or gallop a little if they want, but people who have never ridden a horse before don't have to go faster than a walk if they don't want to.

Each horseback riding route will always be done in the company of a monitor/guide who will be in charge of directing the route, giving advice and pointing out the points of most interest along the route.

Hípica Castellar Campamentos Híficos is a Catalan company that is located in Castellar del Vallés, province of Barcelona, about 35 kilometers from the center of the city of Barcelona and about 10 kilometers north of Sabadell.

Their equestrian camps are a great activity for children to do during their school holidays. In addition to occupying their free time when parents have to work, they will enjoy the many activities and, especially, the riding school. There are group classes for all levels and ages, from children who have never ridden a horse before to those who already have experience and are looking to perfect their technique in general or in a specific discipline in particular such as jumping, dressage, etc.

Some of the activities that are carried out in addition to the riding classes are: gymkhanas, crafts, team games, going to the pool once a week, caring for the horses...

The camp can be done for days or weeks. It always includes breakfast for the children, and there is the possibility of hiring food as well.
