We have various proposals for you, depending on your age and the degree of difficulty you are looking for:

- Descent in calm waters from Frías to Montejo: from 12 years old, it can be booked at the beginning of May, while the last days to enjoy it take place in October. It has a medium complexity since we will navigate inside the Ebro canyon.

- Calm water descent in Valdivieso: for this 4-hour stretch you will have to wait until you are 16 years old. We will depart from Puente Arenas and navigate through the valley on a route of little or no difficulty.

- White water in the Ebro Canyon: from the age of 16 we can join this experience, of medium difficulty, in which we complete the section between Pesquera and Tudanca.

- Courses: if you prefer to prepare before daring with this experience, we address the levels of initiation and improvement in both calm and white waters. You can also learn skimotage by which we know how to turn around, without leaving the kayak, in case the boat capsizes.

Between the months of June and September, coinciding with the increasing flow of the rivers, we take you to Arroyo de Ebro where you will face the adventure alone. Before and during the activity you will have our guides and instructors within reach but, once on the sleigh, you are the only one who controls its direction.

This descent:

- Requires that you be at least 16 years old and know how to swim. It is not a dangerous activity but it does require some skill in the water and, above all, not to be afraid.

- It has a duration that is close to two hours, also depending on the speed of the river at that moment and how we manage our movements.

- Its degree of complexity is high since you only have your body and the sled and it will be important that you remain attentive to the instructions that we will give you. If you do it this way, don't worry, you won't have a problem with this sport.

- In addition to the hydrospeed, you will wear neoprene, a helmet, vest and fins that will help you move wherever you want. You just need to come with a swimsuit and something to change into afterwards.

This activity always meets the expectations of the participants because fun in white water is guaranteed. You just have to take into account some aspects of interest:

- You can participate from 10 years of age. In the event that there are children on the expedition, we will always opt for medium levels of difficulty, seeking to ensure that minors are able to maintain balance on the raft without excessive problems. It is important that everyone who takes part in the outing knows how to swim.

- The activity can be done between the months of June and September taking advantage of the time when the riverbed is most abundant due to the melting of the snow that has fallen during the winter.

- You can hire the descent from a minimum of one person in maximum groups of 25, although you will travel divided by boat.

- You will wear, provided by our team, a neoprene suit that will insulate you from the water temperature if it is low, a paddle, a helmet and a vest so that you will float if the raft capsizes.

- You will have to bring footwear that you don't mind getting wet, preferably attached to the foot, not flip-flops, and if you don't want to miss a detail, a waterproof camera.

At Hulu Ocio y Aventura we sail twelve months of the year starting from the base we use in Getxo, located in its marina.

There are different routes for you to choose the one you are most interested in following according to its duration and destination. In any of the cases, they have no difficulty so that navigation is comfortable for passengers who are not used to going out to sea.

In addition, the boat will be under the tutelage of skippers who are in possession of the title of Recreational Boat Skipper.

The sailboats can carry a maximum of 11 people although, depending on the boat, there are options that do not admit more than 7 passengers, guaranteeing a more familiar and personal trip.

You will only have to be in charge of coming dressed comfortably with light-soled slippers so that they do not damage the cover.

The landscapes of Burgos are waiting for you with the Hulu hiking routes Leisure Nature and adventure. We practice trekking in different sections of difficulty to make it accessible to both families and groups of adventurers looking for a higher challenge:

- Initiation tours: over 3 hours we pass through the most interesting corners of the Montes Obarenses Natural Park, with the possibility of entering Las Merindades and Valderejo. We will find small urban centers that merge with the lush vegetation of the area. Also suitable for children from 8 years old.

- Medium level sections: in this case, without leaving the Natural Park, we will extend the route to 5 hours which adds difficulty and makes us recommend it for people aged 14 and up .

- Trekking to Pico Umión: the most complex of our tours. We will need more than 7 hours to reach the goal and a minimum of 16 years. Once at the top, we will have beautiful views of the Tobalina valley.

All proposals are guided and require a minimum number of people that varies in each case. In addition, upon our return you will be able to use the changing rooms and showers in our facilities.

The mountain biking activity only takes place in established or personalized programs for stays of 3 or more days in the hostel where we operate and groups of more than 7 people. With these requirements, you can request it at any time of the year.

Our team of qualified instructors will be in charge of adapting the level of difficulty of the routes depending on the needs of each group. Depending on the route chosen, you will find greater or lesser slopes. Hulu Leisure Adventure and Nature itineraries usually take place in Merindades.

All mountain bike routes include everything necessary for the activity:

We have the advantage of being in one of the Spanish regions with the most wealth beneath the surface. The diversity of its caves and the abundance of formations in them mean that our caving expeditions have a medium degree of difficulty. However, in addition to adults, children from 8 years old can participate.

Some details:

- We will move to the entrance of the cavity that we are going to explore and, before entering, the instructor will give you some tips for exploring it. It will be important that we do not separate from the group and tread carefully in each area. There will be narrower passages in which we will have to crouch or lie down and, sometimes, large differences in level that we will overcome with ropes.

- The average duration of the activity does not usually reach 4 hours, so in half a day we will have returned to the starting point.

- Each participant will wear clothing and footwear suitable for the mountains. We will provide you with a complete suit, helmets with front light and the necessary collective material.

To hire by choosing the date of the year that best suits you, you must be at least 6 people.

In paintball there is no danger since we will be sufficiently protected by the material with which we will equip ourselves. It does require some caution and that we maintain a sufficient safety distance from the opponent to minimize impacts. That is why we do not recommend it to children under 15 years of age.

Our paintball field is located in the town of Sobron in Alava and is open to the public all year round. The average length of a game is usually 2 hours.

We are in charge of providing all the necessary material to carry out the activity:

• Overalls: they will be convenient to avoid paint stains on your clothes, although if this happens, the marks are washable.

• Masks: you cannot take them off at any time during the game to protect your face and eyes from gunshots.

• Markers: they are the fundamental element of the game and have a tank for ammunition that can be refilled during the game.

• Paintballs: harmless if used with caution.

The duration is approximately 1 hour in the air and 2 hours 30 minutes in total. It does not entail any type of difficulty since the role of the participants is to let themselves go. Just one recommendation: come equipped with comfortable clothing and something warm since the most suitable time to fly is at dawn and the temperatures are lower. We also advise you to come with binoculars and a camera.

The Hulu Ocio Aventura y Naturaleza zip line can be moved as far as you decide to complete your events. The only requirement is that it be done next to one of the mobile climbing walls that we offer for stability reasons.

Once assembled, it stands at a height of 7 meters and can reach a distance of 35 m, which can be shortened depending on the location we use.

- Ice climbing wall : hire one of the exclusive assemblies of this type available in our country, with which we reproduce winter ascent techniques, to the point of requiring the same crampons and ice axes as in natural conditions. The installation reaches 10 meters vertically and is prepared for two participants at the same time.

- Junior mode : for children from 8 years old we will install a 6 meter high wall that occupies an area of 3 m. It also allows the interaction of more than one climber at the same time.

- Extra routes : to make the junior climbing wall more spacious, we can expand it with up to six more routes. It is intended to serve as much public as possible in a short space of time.

- Crossings in calm waters : they take place in the town of Frías with a duration of 3 hours. It is an initiation route in which you can take part from the age of 8 if you know how to swim. Although there is the option of requesting it at any time of the year, we advise you to try it between the months of March and October since the temperatures will be more pleasant.

- Free canoe rental : if you don't want a pre-established adventure, you can use our canoes freely in the surroundings of our center in Frías. The rental is agreed for one or several hours and admits children from 6 years old , always with the company of an adult.

In any of the cases you can count on our facilities to shower and change clothes before returning home. It is convenient that you come with a swimsuit and assume that you are going to get wet.

At Hulu Ocio Aventura y Naturaleza we teach you to orient yourself in the environment in which you find yourself through the game in Soncillo, located north of the capital of Burgos.

Guidance has a clear educational vocation but serves at the same time to promote group work, especially in multi-adventure days in schools. In addition to knowing how to use the elements that we will provide, you will compete for teams in an activity that:

- It has a medium difficulty and will last over 3 hours . The biggest obstacles will come when interpreting the material, not on the terrain that does not present unevenness.

- It is recommended from the age of 14 as it requires a certain ability to interpret and understand the maps that will lead us to the beacons that we will have distributed in the area.

- Before starting you will be given maps and compasses that will be your only help when reaching the goal.

Come with clothes that allow you to move freely and appropriate footwear for the mountains.

Archery is practiced in the facilities that we have in Frías but we can also move it wherever you need it for your events, indoors or outdoors. It will be useful if you reserve an area of 28 m2. In these cases, in addition to carrying the targets, we will put fences and a mesh that will prevent any arrow from escaping.

In any of the cases, the monitors will be in charge of training each participant before shooting. First you have to acquire the correct posture to hold the bow firmly and gently at the same time. Having achieved this goal, it will not cost you to get closer and closer to the target. Then it will be a matter of repeating until you are completely comfortable in this activity. We guarantee that you will want to repeat.

With Hulu Ocio y Aventura you can start or continue canoeing individually by training with our instructors in the surroundings of Frías.

- If you opt for a guided tour , we will tackle a 3-hour walk with hardly any difficulty so that children as young as 7 years old can participate. These crossings are organized with a minimum of 6 people and in them we will know the area by paddling and letting ourselves be carried away by the river with tranquility.

- You can also rent the material directly without being subject to a specific route and time. With the rental of the canoe we will give you a life jacket for each one that will avoid any incident in the event of a rollover. Even so, we recommend that you know how to swim.

- Training : we have courses at all levels, including a section dedicated exclusively to rolling , a very interesting technique so as not to lose our nerves if the boat gets on us. turns completely in the water since we will know how to react and get back into the correct position without having to get out of the canoe.
