• Mountain activities: try the hiking routes that we have devised. You can also take tours on a mountain bike and reach unforgettable places such as the Lobos River canyon. Do you prefer a more special activity? Then you have to come and delve into the underground galleries that we will explore with the caving days. Although if strong emotions are more your thing, you will descend a wall with rappelling jumps that will bring out all the adrenaline you have inside.
  
• Water activities: we move in different sections of the Arlanzón River. There you can sail in an individual canoe through quiet areas. Learn to play kayak polo or try a more risky adventure by getting on an inflatable raft and practicing rafting. .
• Multi-adventure activities: We also have a section with more special sports. A clear example is karting that you can practice on the circuit we have in Burgos. Another activity is archery, you will test your skill and ability to shoot arrows while controlling their direction. And lastly, we have a large paintball field for you to come and shoot paint everywhere.

If you want to have a good day playing paintball, you have to come to Burgos and try all the forms of this sport. At Sprintem we offer you a great experience!

Although it is a very simple sport and you will basically have to shoot against the rest of your rivals, we go further and prepare complementary activities. From small games to games in which you must shoot against the clock.

There are two places where we have bases. The main one is a pine forest in Pineda de la Sierra where we take advantage of all the obstacles such as trees and bushes to make the track even more exciting.

The rate includes a drink and a pincho at the end of the activity. We also offer the option of eating at our restaurant located in the same location, with special discounts.

The other place is a military base in Espinosa de los Monteros. This setting is most appropriate if you like action and want to feel like you are in a movie. Choose the one you like the most.

Even if you think it's simple, if you've never played paintball you may find it hard to get into the rhythm at first. With Sprintem you will learn easily and in a few minutes you will become the leader of your team.

The Archery day that we have planned at Sprintem is anything but boring. Not only will you test your aim at the shooting range but you can also try a large number of games.

To have a great time archery it is advisable to come with friends. This way you can face them in a tournament. Our field is located among the trees so you will surely feel like real hunters shooting arrows.

The different archery activities last 2 hours although we can extend it if you want. We have a wide variety of arrows and bows for children, adults, right and left handed so don't worry because we will find the one that best suits you.

Although it is necessary to have a certain strength to shoot the arrow, what is truly important in this sport is precision. To be the most accurate you will have to concentrate a lot and have a good pulse to hit the target.

One of the most fun ways to spend the day in the mountains is rappelling. This sport involves a certain agility of movement to go down the vertical walls in a safe way.

Rappelling will allow you to descend vertically down a rock wall using only a rope and harness. We teach you how to do it in an activity that lasts from 2 hours for beginners to 4 hours for those who want to go deeper.

The walls that we have descended the most times are in Pineda de la Sierra and Espinosa de los Monteros. We know these places well and we have already installed our materials to be able to rappel without problems.

Rappelling professionals can come with us to other walls throughout Spain. If you like this sport and want to face a specific wall, you can contact us and propose a day there.

Hiking is much more than walking, it is discovering different sensations in a totally natural environment. It is also the best way to get to know a region at your own pace since you will not depend on transportation to get where you want.

The Burgos mountain is impressive. We have looked for three incredible places to do some routes:

• Sierra de la Demanda: is one of the best protected parks. Great efforts have been made to conserve the hundreds of plant and animal species that have settled in this place over the centuries. Depending on your level we will do a longer or shorter route.
  
• Lobos River Canyon: this place is unique. We assure you that you will not find anything like it in the surrounding area or anywhere in the world. If you dare to discover this peculiar landscape, come try the most intense route we have in Sprintem.
  
• Cantabrian Mountains: the route through this area is only suitable for the most professionals. We will reach the highest peaks so we will ask you to have some resistance. Unparalleled landscapes will appear in this area and you will love exploring it at any time of the year.

Do you want to sail and enjoy the calm of the waters? We propose an activity in a canoe for3-4 hours in the Arlanzón Reservoir.

The waters of this place are surrounded by surprising landscapes that you will like even more from the waters. After starting the tour at the Arlanzón reservoir, the most experienced will be able to make a quiet descent down the Arlanzón River in one- or two-seater canoes.

We offer two options:

CANO RENTAL: with the opportunity to enjoy the canoe for half a day or all day depending on the rate you choose. (There is no minimum number of participants for the rental modality)

DIRECTED ACTIVITY CANOEING: an expert instructor will accompany you for 4 hours and will teach you the basics of handling the canoe and rowing. Through games adapted to the age of the participants, you will enjoy an unforgettable day on the canoe. (For groups of 8-10 people or more)

It's a great way to spend a day with your kids getting them to enjoy the outdoors and, if you bring them in the summer, they can also take a dip and cool off.

Don't think that this activity is only for families, because it is also a great idea to come with your most adventurous friends.

The age to participate is 7 years and older and it is essential to know how to swim.

The Sprintem zip line is one of the longest in all of Burgos. We not only have it installed in the surroundings of our facilities but we can also install it wherever you ask us.

We are great professionals in zip line descents and that is why we know which are the best areas to install it. Our favorite place is Pineda de la Sierra. We love flying among its green trees and feeling great adrenaline rushes when we make the descent.

Another place where we usually install our steel cable is Espinosa de los Monteros. Here you can enjoy even if you come with children since it is very safe and everyone can go down the zip line.

Although it is very safe, a series of safety measures must be followed such as using a helmet, harnesses and gloves to avoid chafing and any type of blow.

Caving is the best way to discover new places. It basically consists of exploring the interior of the earth in a surprising way and passing through the underground galleries under the mountains.

We have different areas in which we have located caves such as Soncillo or Espinosa de los Monteros. Inside you should wear a flashlight, harnesses and a helmet in case you hit the lower ceilings. Sometimes you will have to crawl and jump, so if you wear comfortable clothes, the better.

Another area we usually enter is Pineda de la Sierra. In the three places we travel to, we have looked for routes of around 2 hours so that you can fully enjoy this adventure. We have toured the caves on different occasions so you can be sure that there will be no problem with our instructors.

It will not be necessary to have much experience but we recommend that you be able to move around any surface. Ask us for all the information you need and get ready to feel like a true explorer.

Rafting is the best team sport that can be practiced on the river. You will get on a raft with a maximum of 7 other friends and together you will begin to descend the river at full speed.

The rivers we have chosen are located in the Reinosa area and all sections are full of currents and rapids. These fun places will allow us to spend a great day and, although it may seem otherwise, they are totally safe.

The total duration of the rafting descent varies greatly depending on the group but is always around 2 and a half hours. If you come with children to do an extracurricular activity or a similar day, you can bring them if they are over 8 years old.

Children can come rafting but they have to know how to swim. This requirement is also essential for adults since at some point they may fall into the turbulent waters.

We have built a circuit of more than 1100 meters so you can come and explore it in one of our karts. You will love this sport if you like the world of motorsports and you will surely enjoy competing with other participants.

The place chosen to build the circuit is Villarcayo, a perfect town to make the kart engine roar and resonate throughout the region. Depending on your preferences and, above all, the weather on the day you come, you can choose between an outdoor circuit or an indoor one. Both are equipped with obstacles and have curves and everything you need to feel like a professional in this modality.

You will need certain materials to participate in the races. The most basic is the helmet which we will leave for you if you don't have your own. Something you should also wear isoveralls and glovessince you will spend a lot of time driving.

Do you dare to go through authentic natural routes in a totally vertical way? Sprintem invites you to enjoy an adventure activity that delights each and every one of the brave ones who dare to overcome the slopes and to crown the best peaks. You will be equipped with a complete Climbing equipment, but you must not forget that your effort and improvement are values on the rise.

You should not worry if you have no previous experience, since we have itineraries fully adapted for all levels . You will start with Initiation itineraries where the unevenness is not very pronounced, to later move on to more advanced degrees where you have to show off your physical strength.

If you wish, you can try Natural Rock Climbing with us, where you will be in full contact with the environment that surrounds us. We also have the option of Climbing Wall, for those who want to carry out specialized techniques or seek to train to be able to go out into nature later. Be that as it may, Climbing at its best is waiting for you.

Are you looking for a Urban Camp where your child can enjoy their vacations and continue learning outside of class? Sprintem invites you to its Urban Camps in the one that the smallest of the house will have a great time, surrounded by other children with the same tastes and preferences, accompanied by monitors with whom they will play and learn about new sports.

• With all our activities we seek to bring out the most positive facet and counteract the weakest points of each child, so that in addition to having fun, they grow as safe and happy people.

• They will be held at the SAFA school, in the center of the city of Burgos.

• All of them will be held at the Sagrada Familia school in Burgos capital.

• We have already prepared our Easter programs on April 12-15-16 and 17 and in summer during the month of July in full weeks.
• Our recreational-training program is designed for children between 3 and 13 years old.
• The schedule will be from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., although we offer the possibility of arriving an hour before, at 8 a.m. and, also, a dining room service until 4:00 p.m., with its own kitchen.

• Participants will be accompanied at all times by our team of monitors who will not only ensure that they are well, but will also be affectionate and respectful with each and every one of them.

• There will be a maximum of 13 children for each professional.

• We want to respect the children's leisure days, hence all activities are done as a game, without tension and promoting aspects such as imagination, spontaneity and fantasy.

During the school holidays Sprintem organizes the Multiadventure Camps and Robotics the most innovative in our city.

This coming summer 2019 the participants will work as scientists and engineers as they work and overcome the challenges that science and technology integrate, at the same time that they promote creative communication resolution and teamwork. And as a novelty this summer we will have a drone workshop.

We offer two camps of different duration, during the second half of July:

5-day camp - Monday to Friday

7-day camp - Monday to Saturday

The transport by bus from / to Burgos is included .

The multi-adventure activities that can be practiced in our camp and that are combined with robotics will be: canoeing, climbing and rappelling, archery, orientation, interpretive hiking, cooperative gymkhanas and a multitude of enriching workshops for participants, where to encourage respect for the environment, camaraderie and live new experiences.
