At Ibiza Active World Paddle Surf we have incorporated courses in this activity in response to the rapid increase in the love for this nautical sport.

In this discipline you will have to use a surfboard. Instead of balancing on it and riding the waves, you will have to paddle to navigate with the help of an oar while standing. It is a different and calmer way to enjoy the sea and the coasts of Ibiza.

In our course we will begin with a first foray in which you will appreciate the simplicity of stand up paddle, which makes it suitable for all ages.

At Ibiza Active Climbing World we organize four-monthly courses in which you will learn to ascend the mountain.

We schedule thelessons twice a week, normally on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the gym of the Algarb de Sant Jordi Institute. We give you the possibility of choosing a time slot and duration of classes. You can register for the total of 4 hours every 7 days, 3 hours or a minimum of two, during which:

- We will begin by explaining the functions of each element used in climbing.

- We will teach you how to position your arms and legs during the ascent. You will have to use your strength and test your balance. Don't worry about security as you will be permanently monitored by our monitors.

Our proposalincludes a weekend outing to rock climb and put into practice what you have learned in a natural environment with real conditions very different from those of the climbing wall.
