At Kindia Sports we love touring the Garotxa area and all the surrounding mountains practicing all kinds of sports and activities. To adapt to all types of participants we have designed different days from which you can choose:

• Canyoning: Perfect for groups that want to have fun in the depths of nature. You will enjoy both the mountains and the river in an experience that we assure you you will want to repeat as soon as possible.
  
• Balloon Ride: if you want to enjoy an exceptional landscape from the top, come fly in a balloon with us. You will rise in one of our fantastic hot air balloons and you will be able to experience new sensations that will surprise you.
  
• Paintball: Come and play an exciting game with your friends in which you will face each other in a paint battle like no other. You will be able to shoot and prepare strategies in an environment as incredible as La Garotxa.
  
• Quads: get on one of our quads and come to explore the most incredible mountain at full power. You must have a driving license to be able to take the controls, but if you don't have one you can also enjoy our quad routes acting as co-pilot.
  
• Archery: Those who prefer a sport in which concentration prevails over physical strength can come shoot their arrows with us. This way they will enjoy a very fun day like never before while discovering a new sport.
• BTT: Bike routes are an exciting activity. With us you can investigate the Garotxa region and the famous Vies Verdes, a place that will surprise you from the first moment.
  
• Orienteering: this activity is one of the most fun since it is a race to see who reaches the finish line first using all their cunning. You will also learn to use the compass and, armed with a map, you will have to take a route that you will love.

If you like more than one activity, you can combine them however you want and be able to live a complete experience in the depths of the mountain.

Come and explore the mountains in a fantastic time-counting orienteering activity that we have prepared for you to have a great time. In the surrounding area ofSant Ferriol we have placed everything you need to do this journey, from beacons to tracks that will help you find your way.

The day will begin with a short lesson in which we will help you interpret the map with the help of a compass. We will also give you a notebook of clues with which you will have to head to the end point of the route. Then we will begin the activity in which you mustdivide into teams and be the first to reach the finish line.

Orientation activities are ideal for promoting teamwork, so if you have to organize a Team Building day, it is a perfect option. You can also come with children so they can discover nature and learn to move through it with ease.

Depending on the group, this activity can last between 90 minutes or 2 hours. The most important thing will not be to arrive first but to have a great time and enjoy nature while you tour the forest with us.

There are activities that allow you to enjoy the mountains and others with which you will enjoy the most fun waters. With the canyoning that we have prepared for you, you will be able to enjoy both means in a fun day.

At Kindia we want to offer you a very special adventure. We will take you on a tour of one of the best ravines in Girona where you will experience strong sensations as you slide down its natural slides. You will also love to overcome obstacles and travel great distances with rappel jumps. These jumps will surely surprise you since there are slopes of all kinds from the simplest ones that are 3 meters high to the most extreme ones that are up to 15 meters high.

The route of this activity will take us all day, so you should bring comfortable clothing to move around the entire mountain. We will take care of everything else, from the helmet and harnesses to the wetsuits to avoid the cold Giron waters.

Balloon rides are an unforgettable experience for everyone who does it. At Kindia we want it to be even more special and that is why we have prepared a flight day that you will love from start to finish.

The day will begin with an abundant typical breakfast of the area so that you have all the necessary strength to endure the entire trip. Afterwards you will participate in the inflation of the balloon and all the preparations so that you begin to become familiar with this means of transportation.

Once in the balloon you will rise above the most surprising landscapes and you will be able to enjoy the views and incredible sensations as you ascend through the air. Upon landing we will give you a very special gift so that you will always remember this balloon ride.

In total there will be about 4 hours of activity and to be able to make a personalized flight you must be at least 4 people. To play a game with Kindia you must come in a group of 10 people since this way we can easily make teams to fight. Once divided we will begin the game on any of the two tracks that we have prepared for this sport. You will have both inflatable and wooden obstacles as well as endless natural corners where you can hide, such as trees and stones that we have used for the game.

Kindia paintball games last between 2 and 3 hours since we want you to fully enjoy this sport. During this time we will not only shoot trying to defeat each of your rivals, we will also propose games in which you will have to test your cunning and create certain strategies to achieve objectives.

Quad routes are a surprising way to explore the mountains, enjoying both the landscape and the power of this wonderful vehicle. So that you can choose the option that best suits your preferences, you can choose between:

• Quad rental: if you have some experience in driving this sport or have ever taken it through the mountains and want to repeat, we give you the opportunity to rent one of these vehicles from us so that investigate at your leisure.
  
• Quad excursions: if you prefer that we take you to discover the most surprising region of Girona, we will prepare our quads and you can come with us to corners of the mountain that cannot be reached otherwise.

In both cases to drive the quad it is necessary:

• Have a B1 license: Although they are vehicles that can be driven without any difficulty, you have to have this license for official reasons. If you really want to explore Girona on a quad but you don't have a license, we have a solution for you: you can go as co-pilot and also enjoy the routes we have planned.
  
• Use of a helmet: although the routes are simple and there is no risk of the quad overturning, a helmet will be necessary to ensure your safety during the entire tour. If you have a motorcycle and want to bring your own helmet, you can do so and enjoy the ride in a more comfortable way.

Do you have the best aim of your friends and you want to prove it to them while you spend an unforgettable day? At Kindia we want to help you and we have organized an archery session in which you can demonstrate your skills as an archer.

To be able to do archery with your friendsyou must be a minimum of 8 participants. Once you have gathered everyone, we will propose shooting activities for 2 hours. Depending on the level you have, we will start with a small class or you will directly start practicing in a tournament to see who manages to hit their arrow in the most central point of the target.

Archery will allow you to have a great day and in a very comfortable way since physical resistance is not required as in other sports. You just have to be able to concentrate long enough to shoot the arrow aiming at the target wherever it is.

The shooting ranges that we have adapted at Kindia are designed for all levels: beginners will have closer and larger targets and, as they get the hang of it, we will move them further away and even place them in other more complex places.

Enjoy with Kindia the best mountain bike routes in all of Catalonia. Withgroups of 8 people or more we will tour Girona and its mountains while we let nature surround us in a spectacular way.

Our facilities are located in Sant Ferriol, a small town located in the vicinity of La Garotxa, an area of exceptional beauty where you can pedal with the best professionals. If you have an advanced level we will take you through ascents and descents in the mountains while if you prefer something more relaxed you can try our routes through the valleys of the region.

We will also propose a very charming route: the Green Vies. This itinerary crosses the old train tracks that are currently abandoned. For this route and for those we do through La Garotxa it will be necessary to know how to ride a bike well. We do not ask you to be a true cycling professional but we do ask you to have certain notions and move agilely on the bicycle.
