Before starting the ride, you will have a first contact with the Segway so that you can drive in a completely safe way.

Currently, within our range of activities you can find monthly Hiking outings in the Lobos River Canyon. We will travel to Soria in a private bus and enjoy a day surrounded by nature, in which you will be accompanied by a qualified instructor with whom you will learn about the landscape and the fauna and flora that live there. The meeting point will be the Méndez Álvaro Station, where we will also arrive on the way back.

Madrid on Foot invites you to enjoy Hiking in the Río Lobos Canyon. This activity is ideal for practicing sports while enjoying spectacular views in a Natural Park of incalculable ecological and geographical value. For one day, you can leave the hustle and bustle of the big city behind and focus on experiencing nature, relaxing in the silence and breathing fresh air. You will be able to recharge your batteries and we guarantee that you will have a great experience. It is not necessary to be a regular athlete or have a certain physical shape, the pace of the walk will be in accordance with the characteristics of the group so that everyone can enjoy it like never before.

The departures are made monthly, to be able to prepare everything and guarantee the success of the journey. Once a month we will meet at the Méndez Álvaro Station to go to Soria, where we will carry out the adventure activity. If the demand is greater, we will study the possibility of doing it more frequently, therefore, we recommend that you contact us to agree on the departure day and the maximum influx of users. We have at our disposal a private bus that will bring us back to Madrid at 8:30 p.m.
During the visit you will be accompanied by a qualified guide who will enlighten you about the canyon landscape and ensure your safety. We will visit the Río Lobos Natural Park, a large enclave with more than 9,500 hectares that was declared a Natural Park in 1985. Of limestone character, this formation has been the result of millions of years suffering from water erosion and the wind, which have caused spectacular landscapes that we can now contemplate. We will delight in the chromatic power of the canyon, as well as the beauty of its tributaries.

During the visit, our guide will show you everything that the fauna and flora of this beautiful place hides. We will walk among the pine forests, the oaks and the oaks, and you will learn the differences between the different aromatic species such as thyme or sage. On the banks, poplars and willows await us, mixed with water lilies and cattails.If we are lucky, we will be able to delight in the flights of vultures and eagles, along with hawks and owls. For greater convenience, we make departures every Sunday of each month at 11 a.m. and they last half an hour. We will tour the entire center of the capital, reviewing the historic center and the most important locations such as Plaza de Oriente and the Royal Palace, Opera and Puerta del Sol, among others.

In order to carry out this activity, it is necessary that the group be made up of five people at least. If you want to come with your friends or family, it is a good option to have a first contact with Madrid or to rediscover its corners.
