Mas Batlló Horse Club Barcelona

At the Mas Batlló Equestrian Center we put our accumulated professionalism, since before the year 90, at the service of those who want to be part of horse riding in any of its senses. To do this, we have these facilities, in the Parc de Collserola, with the best of nature without wasting time getting away from the big city since Barcelona is only a quarter of an hour away.

Our main points of action are:

- Equestrian tourism: through excursions and basic routes of 60 minutes that can last up to a full week. The levels are not important in this sense, since you can participate if yours is the lowest and we assure you that you will not get bored if you are at the highest level of horse riding.

- Colonies for children: an intensive form of horse riding taking advantage of the participants' vacation days. They normally take place between the months of July and September.

- Training of riders: we welcome people of all ages to begin their journey in this field or to complete their learning about horses.

At the Centre Hípic Mas Batlló in Barcelona you will have the best experience on horseback after we have spent more than two decades determining what the riders who come to visit us need.

We have achieved the perfect combination between learning at any level and equestrian leisure, which has resulted in:

- Baptisms on horseback: they are an initiation designed for those who have not ridden before. We will spend around 15 minutes explaining the basic concepts on one of the courts in our facilities. It is the ideal time for a fun introduction that does not make us wait too long before embarking on an excursion outside.

- 2 hour routes: those who are more used to riding are already prepared for longer outings. In this case we spend a total of 120 minutes forming groups of two participants. We will tour the region on horseback.

- Excursions starting at 3 hours: we put no limits on the fun with our favorite animals. Therefore, if you feel prepared, you can be part of routes between 3 and 4 hours that pass through the nearby natural parks. From here there is the possibility of extending the adventure for the whole day or even more than one day.

At the Centre Hípic Mas Batlló we enjoy Christmas and summer twice as much, and not only because they are the happiest times of the year, but also because of the organization of our equestrian colonies.

Aware of the different stages that young people and children go through, we divide them by age. The little ones will be part of the Mini Poni Club for those between 3 and 5 years old. From 6 to 11 they go to the General Poni Club.

Usually on Christmas these programs are daytime. Participants can stay with us only in the mornings, between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., or until 5 p.m. Children can register for the full camp or on the individual days they prefer.

Now in the summer season these camps occupy us day and night, staying at Camping Conca de Ter. A horse is assigned to each student who will remain with the same animal all week. Keep in mind that you can sign up your child for a single shift or two whole weeks.

In these cases the activities begin at 8 a.m. when we wake up the children. We will combine the activities, dedicating a large part of the time to horse riding and moments of rest in the pool and games of other themes.
