Quivirocio Deporte y Aventura

Quivirocio Sports and Adventure was born from the growing demand for adventure and leisure activities in the Alto Guadalquivir region.

Quivirocio Deporte y Aventura represents the word sport, and it takes place in a unique and incomparable setting, in the foothills of Sierra Morena and very close to the Sierra Cardeña-Montoro Natural Park.

Since 2007, Quivirocio Deporte y Aventura offers a wide range of activities that are grouped around four blocks of action:

• Sports management: organizing sporting events such as competitions, games and convivialities; monitoring sporting events or managing sports facilities such as swimming pools, sports centers and gyms.
• Active tourism: completely designing personalized tour packages, guided excursions and organizing activities such as canoeing, mountain biking, climbing, equestrian routes, orienteering, karting, archery and paintball.
• Leisure and free time: sociocultural animation and bachelor parties. They have all kinds of means to animate any evening with workshops, animation, dynamization of events, brass bands and antics.
• Professional training: lifeguard courses, first aid, swimming instructor, sports instructor, F.P.O. courses

In Quivirocio we propose a unique canoe route of its kind. We have combined the concepts of cultural route and canoeing, creating a totally new approach to this activity.

With us you can take a canoe ride along the Guadalquivir, in the section between the San Rafael and Andalusia bridges.
It is a perfect activity for all ages, which does not require specific physical conditions or any preparation, it is only necessary to know how to swim.

We organize these types of routes on weekends, so that it is easier to get closer to participate in them. We take advantage of the hours with a more pleasant climate to be in the water, that's why we leave at 9:00 and 12:00, and on Saturdays also at 17:00.

If you prefer, we can also organize the activity to suit you and in private, if you plan to come as a group, and it can be any day of the week.

The activity lasts approximately between an hour and a half and two hours, and can be done in groups of between four and eighteen people.
We start at the jetty of the botanical garden, where you will receive some notions about the activity before starting it in the water.

We will go through the aforementioned section, and on the way we will find natural and rapid accidents. We will pass by the Alegría mill and enjoy spectacular views.

From Quivirocio we want to present our offer of English and music camps for this summer 2016. We have created a complete program that will delight all children and will help them develop different skills in order to take advantage of the summer holidays in a useful and fun way.

Our camps take place in the exclusive location of Sierra Morena, in the heart of Córdoba. It is an unbeatable setting to enjoy nature and outdoor activities.

This year the camp takes place between July 24 and 30, and the program includes:

-Daily music classes in different modalities.

-Daily English classes to stay in touch with the language throughout the experience.

-Outdoor activities, to enjoy nature and all that it offers.

-Adventure sports, to add adrenaline to the stay and exercise the body.

All activities are carried out with the supervision and help of specialized monitors, who will accompany the children at all times to ensure their well-being.

This camp is the result of the initiative that we have formed in collaboration with Camping Puente Nuevo, where the program will take place, and also with the Eporense musical association Santa Cecilia, to guarantee excellent musical learning, and with Mary's School, to offer a teaching professional English.
