Canyoning is one of our specialties. During the season between March and November we practice this fun sport in any of the ravines in our region. We can go to Cerrada de Utrero, the Verde River or the Garganta Verde. However, we will also visit some ravines in the Malaga area such as the Sima del Diablo or Las Buitreras.

If you have never practiced this sport, it is the perfect opportunity to do so. We give you the possibility of performing any level of this technique. If you are a beginner, in a matter of little time you will be excited descending your first ravines. You will live a very fun experience in which you will enjoy to the fullest.

You will enjoy observing wonderful landscapes. You will only have to bring a swimsuit since we will get quite wet during these routes. We will provide you with the rest of the necessary material, such as neoprene or a helmet.

Just 5 minutes from Córdoba capital, the Alúa Paintball paintball center is an oasis of fun and adventure where we are waiting for you with very fun games for groups of at least 12 people. And if you prefer, we can take the paintball field wherever you want with our traveling installation.

You will start with 300 balls with which you will have ammunition for a good time and be able to shoot down all the rivals that stand in front of you. Once the charge is finished you can reload 100 balls at a time.

There are several scenarios and several games to always find a different paintball game and recreate the battle that you most want.

In 2 or 3 hours the paintball field will be yours and only yours with 2 monitors attending to any incident.

The traveling paintball consists of an area 50 meters long by 30 meters wide, forming a tent that we take wherever necessary.

We require a considerable size of people, around 120 participants with games lasting about 3 hours.

With Alúa Piragüismo everyone can do this fun activity along the rivers and reservoirs of Córdoba. An activity that can be experienced from the smallest in the house to the oldest.

If you are able to hold a paddle, it is enough for you to navigate one of our calm waters. If you are old enough and experienced enough, you can get into rougher waters with moving rivers.

Before carrying out this experience we will give you a prior explanation. We will give you the necessary material and our instructors will explain what you should do, always in a very clear and simple way.

You can choose between one of these possibilities:

-Calm waters: in the Iznajar reservoir. Perfect for families or school excursions with children who want to get in touch with this water sport.
-Rapid waters: descending the Genil River. For people with a higher level of experience and good physical condition.

Our material equipment is in good condition and provides great stability in the water for initiation. Bring a swimsuit and really want to have a good time getting to know beautiful landscapes.

At Alúa Escalada we offer you the best introductory classes to this activity. If you have never climbed but it has caught your attention, in this course we will train you both physically and mentally.

You will ascend through the mountains of Cabra (Córdoba) trying to improve yourself with the help of a team of professionals who will supervise you at all times. Bring comfortable clothing and shoes that have good grip to climb to the top.

It is not necessary that you have already practiced this sport. If you have a desire for this sport, we will help you gain experience and level in climbing. We will adapt to your possibilities and teach you.

• Medium difficulty: lasting about three hours or five hours depending on the location. Certain unevenness must be overcome

• Medium-high difficulty: lasting between 5 and 7 hours. There may be large unevenness. For people who organize many routes and who are in good physical condition.

Alúa Espeleología brings you a different activity through which you can visit the most impressive caves in Andalusia.

We organize guided tours of caves for all types of audiences to enjoy. It doesn't matter if you have never done this activity or if you have prior technical knowledge. We will enter this new underground world for you that offers many underground galleries, stalactites that are more than a thousand years old, as well as rock formations that are difficult to see on the earth's surface.

A very complete activity in which you will have to crawl through certain cavities, swim through small lagoons inside the caves, slide through the mud and, above all, observe the beauty of the interior of the cave.

This sport consists of climbing a rock wall with the help of our iron ladders installed on the mountain. You will be secured by a steel cable with a harness and an anchoring system in case you fall.

If you don't have vertigo, this experience will offer you incredible landscapes that will always remain in your retina. We offer you a wide variety of routes where the most common are the Zuheros ferrata, the Antequera ferrata and the equipped paths of Cazorla and Granada. A day in which you will come into contact with the environment.

You will enjoy a rafting activity with your group of friends, family or why not, with your co-workers, because the raft has a capacity of up to 7 people. This is an activity to do in a group, the more the better! You will all live it together divided into different boats.

Don't you know how rafting is done? Don't worry because our instructors will teach you the basics, but we tell you that it is an experience in which you will go down 7 kilometers along the Genil River climbed onto ourinflatable rafts along with our monitor.

• Rafting level III. Adrenaline is 100% guaranteed with the different sections of white water of this river that originates from Sierra Nevada.

The Multi-Adventure Camps are perfect for you to bring your children from 7 to 16 years old. At Alúa we will divide them into different subgroups to adapt the activities to their level as well as their abilities. Therefore, you will find groups of 7 to 9 years old, 10 to 13 years old and 14 to 16 years old.

The camps include learning and, above all, fun, always carried out through outdoor activities. At all times we will take care of your surveillance, your safety and your well-being, as you will have monitors 24 hours a day. The accommodation regime will be full board in cabins or wooden rooms.

Our summer camps have different programs in which we will carry out activities such as rafting, rappelling, canoeing, climbing, via ferrata, orienteering, adventure raids, paintball for children, gymkhanas... as well as various thematic workshops with which they will learn English, work on social and communication skills, learn to live with nature, etc.

• Camp in Benamejí. This camp takes place near the Genil River, so the natural landscapes are ideal. Furthermore, given its location, the range of activities that can be carried out is very wide. Here you will find gardens, multipurpose areas, volleyball court, plots, swimming pools... We will carry out multi-adventure activities such as climbing, rappelling, gymkhanas, ferratas...

• Nautical Camp in Iznájar. In the middle of the sailing school we can practice sports such as boat rides, canoeing and do all kinds of water activities in the Iznajar reservoir. Children will stay in hostel-style rooms with 8 bunk beds per room. We can also carry out other multi-adventure activities (climbing, climbing walls, archery...).

• Cabo de Gata Camp. In the heart of the Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park and just 5 minutes from the beach we can carry out mountain and water activities. We have bungalows and areas such as tennis courts, paddle tennis courts, playgrounds, classrooms, restaurant bar, adventure park, among others. We will also carry out adventure activities and workshops.

Alúa English Camps offers you various options for your children to learn English this summer but always with a high dose of fun, which is why they are on vacation! We are in Cabo de Gata, where the scenic beauty is perfect and where you will breathe pure air in the middle of nature.

Just 5 minutes from the beach, children can enjoy water activities or hiking, among others. We have accommodation in bungalows, where there are places for 8 to 12 children per room. In addition, in the facilities we have paddle tennis courts, beach volleyball courts, tennis courts, multipurpose sports courts... etc.

The adventure activities that we will carry out in the English camp, in addition to an authentic immersion into the language, are rafting, canoes, climbing, zip lining, thematic workshops, gymkhanas, paintball, via ferrata... Fun will be guaranteed!

We organize the camps by age groups from 7 to 16 years old, distributing the children into 3 age ranges: 7 to 9 years old, 10 to 13 and 14 to 16 years old, so we can adapt the different activities at their level.

The camp dates are July 4 to 13 and August 1 to 10.

At all times they will be controlled by monitors and English teachers so that everything goes perfectly. The full board regime is included.
